Hi, Just now installed the theme in a fresh WordPress, and im getting this message now
Your theme (Litho Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
1. Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
2.If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

good morning, I’ve been working with your template since the beginning. Initially, I had no problems updating with Wordpress. However, when I want to update my site, it’s impossible for me to do it on the front end with elementor. It seems that you haven’t done the Wordpress updates, and I’m also having problems with wocommerce, which has problems with obsolete files. Are you thinking of updating? It’s a bit frustrating not to be able to work in peace on my site and to be blocked because any modification causes fatal errors, especially with Elementor and database updates. We do not recommend to update WordPress and Elementor if the theme latest version do not provide the compatibility with those. Yes we will add compatibility of latest Elementor and WordPress version and release new theme update, so you can then update theme, included plugins and WordPress.

The images you see in demo site are not the part of theme package due to licensing limitation and that we have already mentioned in item description also as per Envato policy. We are providing placeholder demo images with recommended size mentioned in it, so you can upload your own images there as per your website requirements.

Hi, could you confirm how your search works. I have been into the settings and made sure that products are included in the search results. This is a art gallery website so someone may search for the name of an artist. The name of each artist appears on the product page but when I do a test search by artist name these product pages don’t show up. Does that mean your search is only looking at the name of the page? If that is the case then if someone searches based on an artist that’s not going to display all the pieces (products) by that artist which isn’t ideal

Hi team, Great theme, we are already live and running. We have a concern regarding the portfolio categories. We have created many projects in Portfolio and some categories too. Although we are using this projects to showcase the images of our work on the website, we do not want it to have a separate page.
For example. We created one category name ‘Animation’ in portfolio and it has a live-running page with URL ” https://focalmedia.in/portfolio-category/animation/ ”. We don’t see any reason why the categories has its own page. We need a solution to only hide the page and let the featured image gets shown in the website.

WordPress by default offer category page and post detail page for standard post type of custom post type. So you can either remove that category or customise the code to diable or redirect category pages as needed with the help of your WP developer.

Please login to your WP admin, then visit front website, and click pen icon in top – left over header area to edit your used header in Elementor and there you can adjust logo spacing as needed.

I purchased extended support and provided detailed info on the issue plus screenshots and login. I am getting sent to links with directions that aren’t working. I tried to update my theme but my dash thinks it’s up-to-date. So I tried manually with the zip from envato uploading it in the themes panel and it says. “The link you followed has expired. Please try again.”
I would like a refund on my extended support. I have not gotten help and the site had one small error and is now broken.

Litho is WooCommerce ready theme, so if the plugin you use for currency switcher do not overwrite WordPress / WooCommerce / Theme core feature / CSS then it will work fine or else you may need to do code adjustment to make it look fine.
Yes Litho supports multi-site but you will need to purchase Litho license per child site inside your multi-site setup.

The theme has problems with some elements. The image gallery sliders show all images at the same time after the update to 1.7. With or without update, the Litho Blog Post Slider does not slide – neither automatically nor manually. All plugins including Elementor were up to date. I have now undone the theme update and not updated Elementor, but that can’t be the solution – especially as the Blog Post Slider doesn’t work. In our demo site all above mentioned features are working fine even after theme update. So there may be any issue in theme update or conflict of any other plugins or your customisations. After the recent WP update, the menu/navigation panel isn’t loading. I have the primary menu i created selected in menu panel and locations but when i edit the hamburger in Elementor I don’t see an option for it. currently when you click on the hamburger it says “Template is not defined.” How do I get my menu to show up in that dropdown?
Ok so the primary menu is selected everywhere except for when i edit the hamburger in elementor. I have the settings set to ‘theme’ in layout so that should be good. It’s just that it will only allow me to select from a template and doesn’t show my menu as a template. If I need to re create the whole thing, I’d rather just revert to an older wordpress instead. What do you recommend?

It may be the conflict due to update of WordPress or Elementor. So you can revert back to previous version or full backup. I’m having some issue with this plugin and Elementor Pro. Sometimes all pages go completely blank, and I have to deactivate and activate again Elementor Pro (even multiple times) in order to restore the site functionality.
My question is: is this plugin compatible with Elementor Pro, or I am constantly at risk of breaking the site?
