Hi! I have a couple of questions:
1 – How can I center the text in the top bar? It shows me the options of positioning left or right … 2 – The WP-BAKERY plugin was always updated when I got a Shopkeeper theme update. Now, it hasn’t updated in the past 2-3 theme updates – when can I expect that it will push the updates together again?

To download the latest version of WP Bakery, please download Shopkeeper 3.x.zip from Themeforest (All files and documentation), unzip this package and inside you will find a folder called “Plugins”. Open the plugins.html file and you will find a link where you can download the latest version of WP Bakery which you can install/update manually.

Hi there, I have a long standing issue with my webstore (store is in maintenance / hidden mode while working on products) but I have an issue where any variable products (where there is a drop down with options) makes a duplicate Add to cart button (one in correct place and one above to the right of the quantity selection. I have tried turning off the usual culprits too and creating a new tester product with a simple variable and it still happens. This only effects variable products. I don’t think it shows in the customise menu option.

How do i change the breadcrumps path showed in under each product? Setting a primaery category dosent change what path it shows.

WPBakery Pagebuilder does not update and there is a request to buy a license. I am trying to update through the correct area but nothing happens. There are security vulnerabilities in the current version. How do I update it?

Unfortunately, with the latest update of Shopkeeper, the problem again exists and there is no zip file for the WPBakery this time within the shopkeeper zip file.
Hi, this zip is no longer and will no longer be included in the theme package, it is now served from a repository.
You will be notified in the dashboard when an update is available and you can update with one click, without having to download a zip.

There is a request to update in my list of installed plugins but only subscribers can use that method of updating the plugin. It fails and wants me to subscribe. Where exactly on the dashboard is the ability to update the plugin. I have already tried going through appearance->installed plugins and get the same message.

what are the links called. there are numerous plugins folders but no zip files contained within them. I will resend the email using the page you provided.

You will find a zip called Shopkeeper x.x.xxx.zip
Inside you will find a Plugins folder that contains the links where you can download the included plugins.

I see you were able to update the plugin. I did download what you asked but the plugins folder contains only a .txt file. So I’m still not sure where it is located within the zip file. Thank you for your help. Maybe next time it will update correctly.

I’m having problems again. There is no update for the WP Bakery plugin. I tried everything. Lately it is in the Shopkeeper plugins area but it does not exist anymore. I unzipped all the files and I can’t find anything there either. Wordpress keeps sending a notice that I need to update WP Bakery Page Builder.
I asked for help 11 days ago. The WP Bakery Page Builder plugin is NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHOPKEEPER PLUGINS PAGE. I am getting notices that I need to update the plugin, which does not exist anywhere in my Shopkeeper theme files. This plugin is supposed to be part of the theme. How do I update it this time. Every time the theme is updated, I have difficulty updating the plugin because it keeps moving. There is always some horrible, new, different and difficult way that I have to update it. I don’t want or need to keep paying for unnecessary support when I am entitled to updates within the theme without having to get support to update the plugin. The plugin should be easily accessible and easy to update like all other plugins. Please respond to my request.
Hi, sorry for the confusion, indeed lately we have been optimizing some of the user experience, and being many changes I understand it might be confusing.
But the good news is that we have a final version:
Update Shopkeeper to the latest version (very important), then go to your dashboard, Shopkeeper > Plugins section.
If there is an update for WP Bakery, you’ll be able to do it right there.

Hello. Thank you for responding. The problem is that the current plugin version is 7.5 and there is no update available in the plugins section of shopkeeper. The current installed version is 7.4.
We just released a new update for the Shopkeeper Theme, version 3.8, which also includes an update to WP Bakery, version 7.5. Please update the theme to access these new features.

I get the following message on my dashboard since I updated to the latest version of Woocommerce (7.8.0). Do you plan to update the theme soon?

We bought the theme with the plugin included, and you have after that several times when an updated SR-plugin was needed, asked me to get a new version from the download section, or you have sent me a link. Updated version of the theme with the included plugin should be available for us, without having to subscribe for support.

Hi – love Shopkeeper. Been using it for years. Just wanted to report a minor bug. We have lots of one of a kind products on our site and when using Product Quantity Style 2 on the product page, if the product has only one item in stock the – + still appears, even though the quantity is hidden. Would be great if the – + could be hidden too, so it just shows the ‘Add to basket’ button. Many thanks!
Hi! I run a collective as a marketplace and have been using Atelier for about 5 years. They have stopped updating their theme and things are starting to go wonky. I saw that you have had people use Dokan, but what about MultiVendorX? Have you had anybody use your theme for their market plugin?
You have nice lookbooks and other collection options, but I also really want a page that lists our shops. Right now I am using our portfolios for both their story and their products. We import 50 products and then link back to their sites, kind of like an affiliate model. If we need customization, how much do you charge?
One of the things that has not been working is that no clicks in the marketplace are showing up as data. I’ve tested it with one of our members. She clicked on four of her items and they didn’t show up on our stats, nor on hers. I’m losing members because of this as they feel their is no action. Hard links on blog posts and other pages do show up, but nothing in woocommerce. Any idea why that is happening and could your theme fix it?
Atelier has its own page builder and I do like WP Bakery, but what happens with the content when we change themes and have a different builder? Is it going to be a total mess? I’m so nervous about this, but I really have to move to a different theme…. Any suggestions will be helpful!
