When will this theme update to be fully compatible with php 8.0. When updating the php, the site breaks. The size of the page was reduced to mobile and everything else disappeared. And below appeared: this site has a critical error. So I had to move back to previous php version again.
Hi, this theme is 100% compatible and extensively tested with PHP8. You need to make sure you are running the latest version of the theme.
The problem you have may be from other plugins that may not be compatible with PHP8.

To download the latest version of WP Bakery, please download Shopkeeper 3.x.zip from Themeforest (All files and documentation), unzip this package and inside you will find a folder called “Plugins”. Open the plugins.html file and you will find a link where you can download the latest version of WP Bakery which you can install/update manually.

Hi there, I have a long standing issue with my webstore (store is in maintenance / hidden mode while working on products) but I have an issue where any variable products (where there is a drop down with options) makes a duplicate Add to cart button (one in correct place and one above to the right of the quantity selection. I have tried turning off the usual culprits too and creating a new tester product with a simple variable and it still happens. This only effects variable products. I don’t think it shows in the customise menu option.

Unfortunately, with the latest update of Shopkeeper, the problem again exists and there is no zip file for the WPBakery this time within the shopkeeper zip file.
Hi, this zip is no longer and will no longer be included in the theme package, it is now served from a repository.
You will be notified in the dashboard when an update is available and you can update with one click, without having to download a zip.

There is a request to update in my list of installed plugins but only subscribers can use that method of updating the plugin. It fails and wants me to subscribe. Where exactly on the dashboard is the ability to update the plugin. I have already tried going through appearance->installed plugins and get the same message.

You will find a zip called Shopkeeper x.x.xxx.zip

I see you were able to update the plugin. I did download what you asked but the plugins folder contains only a .txt file. So I’m still not sure where it is located within the zip file. Thank you for your help. Maybe next time it will update correctly.

I’m having problems again. There is no update for the WP Bakery plugin. I tried everything. Lately it is in the Shopkeeper plugins area but it does not exist anymore. I unzipped all the files and I can’t find anything there either. Wordpress keeps sending a notice that I need to update WP Bakery Page Builder.
I asked for help 11 days ago. The WP Bakery Page Builder plugin is NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHOPKEEPER PLUGINS PAGE. I am getting notices that I need to update the plugin, which does not exist anywhere in my Shopkeeper theme files. This plugin is supposed to be part of the theme. How do I update it this time. Every time the theme is updated, I have difficulty updating the plugin because it keeps moving. There is always some horrible, new, different and difficult way that I have to update it. I don’t want or need to keep paying for unnecessary support when I am entitled to updates within the theme without having to get support to update the plugin. The plugin should be easily accessible and easy to update like all other plugins. Please respond to my request.

But the good news is that we have a final version:
Update Shopkeeper to the latest version (very important), then go to your dashboard, Shopkeeper > Plugins section.
If there is an update for WP Bakery, you’ll be able to do it right there.

Hello. Thank you for responding. The problem is that the current plugin version is 7.5 and there is no update available in the plugins section of shopkeeper. The current installed version is 7.4.

I get the following message on my dashboard since I updated to the latest version of Woocommerce (7.8.0). Do you plan to update the theme soon?

Updated version of the theme with the included plugin should be available for us, without having to subscribe for support.
