Importing the demo data doesn’t work at all and your customer support didn’t solve anything. I want the money back.

We highly suggest you contact your hosting provided to see if they can do something about this and our support team will be more than happy to try to import the demo for you once both master and local resources are set to be as we recommend.

Guten Tag, leider habe ich ein Problem mit der Umstellung auf PHP 8 (über Strato) ich habe die aktuellste Version des Themes runtergeladen und alle Plugins aktualisiert, aber nach der Umstellung auf 8.0 zigt die Website nur “kritischen Wordpress Fehler an” oder zeigt mit deaktivieren Plugins die Website nur noch weiß. Mein IT Support sagt, dass es am Theme liegen muss. Ich bitte um Hilfe. Das neuste Update sollte ja eigentlich 8.0 kompatibel sein?

Latest version of the theme listed in change log is compatible with PHP 8.
When updating theme we recommend following instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins and we recommend using FTP update method.
After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

Hi! Absolutely love the theme! However, I do have a question. For the demo content Wedding Home, there is a timer. The only option is to select the years from 2018 until 2022. The wedding is in 2023, so I cannot use the timer. Is there a solution for this? Thanks!

Hi, I purchased this theme but the main menu doesn’t show. I’ve tried to change the options in the “the Aisle Options” and create my own main menu but there’s no change and the menu is not showing. I also created completely new page, still no change. Where is the option to show the main menu on each page?

You first need to check if you have assigned a Main Menu within Appearance > Menus, and if your menu items are present within this particular menu created.
If your menu is set to be the Main Menu navigation it will be visible on each page.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve deleted all and tried to install the theme once more. When I wish to import demo data nothing happens and I really need those demo pages. In the info page everything is set according to requirements. Only suhosin is not installed.

Thanks for writing in! Since you are not direct on what issues you encounter, we did test the theme with the latest WP version and the latest Elementor and it is working perfectly fine.
We could not replicate any issue using the theme together with Elementor at all.
So please check if you have the latest version of the theme and its plugins as well as the latest WordPress version update. You can follow the update procedure from here.

Ok. As a suggestion, add this feature in theme. Im sure im not the only one i use the portfolio items for our work becouse have a really good design. For make interlinking inside the web, related posts are really necessary. Maybe for the next update of the theme its a good idea add it.

Hello again, i love so much ur theme ive a question… When i publish a portfolio item, the design of published portfolio template its first the images (default type) and last, at bottom of published portfolio, the video of youtube or vimeo. Its possible to make first the video and last the images? (i know that i can do it if i upload the images one by one and choosing the position, but i upload a lot of images in the same portoflio, i use the multiupload for images) I was trying to modify the .php but i dont know how to do it… I know its inside of the aissle core pluing, but i cant modify.. Its possible to do? first the youtube or vimeo video and last the multiupload images gallery. Thanks!!

Once you import our demo content you will get all the pages and settings which you can adjust to your needs. You can save an invitation page as template and then create as many pages as you need using this template and adjust it for each guest.
