Hi, Im using “Auto Load Next Post”, only the post content reload normally, but the “image banners ads, releted posts and etc” doesnt reaload when I scrolling the page. Always stay same. Its reload only if I leave the page and back again. How to fix this issue?

Advise on how to add top menu that contains the date and location etc as it does not seem to be available in the downloaded theme purchased. Please send it over for me so that I can use it.

if you want to modify top menu you can modify it from Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > JNews Header Option
and then the header builder section will appear, from that header builder you can modify the top bar menu, you can add the date using date widget and for the location you can try to use weather widget to add location or you can use HTML widget to add the location , please check the screenshot below

There is NO option to edit Weather location as it does not exist in the header feature section of customise.

Hey I Upadted To jnews 11 I got these issues.
1. Jnews Essential Plugin was not able to Update from theme Dashboard 2. My Site in not able to get Fetch for Google and got indexing issue.
Can you please share either downgraded version of this theme that can be 10 or 9 so i can upload that to understand the issue

is there any javascript error or php error when you update the JNews essential plugin?
you can check if there are javascript error by right click on your browser > select inspect > select console while you trying to update the jnews essential.
you can check the php error in php error log file in your server

I forgot that i have 2 accounts on themeforest so i will ask again with the account which i bought this theme . i have since the last update problem with the tag feeds on wordpress, with other theme it works, i had tested it. But since the last update it doesnt work anymore with this theme.

Hey, Generally all tag feeds on my site don’t work like e.g. mydomain.net/feed . If i try to open this link with firefox it download a .rss file and if i try it with chrome i get this (look at the screenshot) i just made my domain unrecognizable nothing else. But I can call the domain if necessary on request.

the default behavior of chrome browser when visiting the rss feed url is showing the xml file and the default behavior of firefox when visiting the feed url file is download it.

the error message that you provide is related to font option and we check the font option setting we didn’t get the error in our side and all the funcionallity still working normally. We also didn’t get any report related to this in our forum.
Is there a fatal error other than the error warning above on your php error log when you try to saving or creating post?
please also check if there are any javascript error when you try to edit the customizer or creating post by right clicking on your browser and select console when you try to create post or editing customizer
also please, try to disable all the plugin that’s not related to jnews and try to modify the setting in customizer again, to check if there are plugin conflict or not.

All was going fine and my plugins works well, when I updated your essential plugin, my website got messed at the backend. I deactivated all other plugins, the problem is still there, when I change the theme temporarily, thats working. I think I had invested on a wrong side and even I can’t found the solution. If you don’t get any report on your forum then you have to consider mine. Well, Its okay. I can’t wait as I faced more than 16 days for nothing. Thank you!
I recently purchased a site that uses JNews as its theme. I’m new to this theme but I absolutely love it. I usually disable thumbnails generated by themes and I realized that even I disabled the thumbnails generated by JNews, it still looks for those thumbnails on the front end and I see so many 404 errors. Can JNews use the original images instead? I used other themes and they simply use the originals if I disable the thumbnails. Thank you.

unfortunately we don’t have option to use original image on our module, our module by default use resized image to match it container aspect ratio.
if you buy a site that using jnews we recommend you to ask the website owner before you for access to the themeforest account that has a jnews license, because it is necessary to activate the theme license and access the support forum.

I bought 2 more licenses for 2 content sites that I am going to launch. I have some things that are not there and are very basic to not do it: 1. add tiktok and kick to author social media profile. 2. Better review widget, my last comment before this: “Dudes!!! Reviews widgets for sidebars r REALLY BAD, after 1 year using jnews, u can only use reviews widget on single post!!! We need to use review widget from a single post as a box with deals and stars or % in any post/page. For example: U make a sinlge post review of a product. Then u make news posts of that product. Then u have that product name as a category. Then u want to show ur review box, info and deals of that product that u make in a single post in that category sidebar. This is not allowed with jnews, i it’s a basic feature nowdays!!
I have a videogame website, make videogames reviews, but cant display review info in a widget sidebard of that that videogame category page/archive/tag, losin a lot of revenue!!!!!!
Pls put more effort on that, cause amazon comissions r important!!
U must add a widget that we can choose a review post, and show info of that review in any sidebar, like pros/cons, deals, stars, etc.

to improve score on page speed insight you may consider activating the only plugin that you needed, following our our Page Speed Documentation and using CDN service like Cloudflare CDN that allow you to cache your site and serve it faster, in our demo we activate some plugins for showcasing purposes, using these plugins adding more scripts and css to load and affecting the score of page speed insight.

I also believe that you can increase your sales and have more customers.
Example: if you create a JNes promotion at a price of $25 USD for those who buy between the months of June and July, your sales would increase.

You have a great theme, but you really need to align and make improvements.

currently Jnews theme is on sales, this is is only on limited period, so don’t missed it .
