Hello, I bought this theme a long time ago. Now when I want to install it, the menus are missing. I want to use the catalog version that I saw in your demo, but there are only 3 home pages when the demo is installed. Unfortunately, I cannot see the other sections. Hello I have installed the demo homepage-2 and i noticed that there is difference between the demo you have and the one shown on my website, there is a lot of missing content, like slider, footer, products (0), menu, megamenu and some other sections

All theme issues will be supported for free without extension of support.
1. You should update the theme + plugin to the latest version before importing sample data.
2. If there is a problem with importing sample data. You can reset the data, then import it again.
3. Issues related to import sample data are supported for free.

Yes it only works with Gravatar, by default WooCommerce doesn’t support profile pictures on create account.

Hello, I am having issues displaying the H1 title on the Category/Subcategory page after disabling the Image background breadcrumb and moving to text alone. The title displays for a split second and disappears when the page fully loads.
Is it not something you can help with here, do i have to pay for that kind of issue?
