Hi

we replied 10 days ago and never heard back https://share.cleanshot.com/FGrnfR9F – it shows us you have viewed the message

Related jobs not working for me. Turned it on, selected “category” and still not working. Help!

And I also need the salary to be displayed monthly not yearly. Help me out with this too. thank you

Hi, your ticket has been resolved already

Hello,

First of all, amazing product that you have built.

I am looking to buy the theme. I was wondering if it’s possible to use it to make a candidate directory. Where other companies can see the contact details of the candidates after using a credit. These credits are automatically being refilled after renewal of their monthly subscription.

Let me know if it’s possible, or there are plugins that can be used to achieve this outcome.

Hi

I think you’d need this plugin https://plugins.smyl.es/wp-job-manager-packages/ to get this type of functionality (pay to see candidate details)

Thats amazing. Do you also have the possibility to login via LinkedIn for the candidate and then auto-populate all the fields?

Hi

no, there used to be a plugin for that but LinkedIn limited the API use and it’s not possible anymore

Is there any way to add multiple people/employer accounts to the same company account?

and i’m guessing with such a short reply, there’s no interest in this feature being built? So, a solution would be a company using a singular emai… ?

thanks

Hi

the company functionality is based on MAS Companies plugin which we’re not author of so implementing such functionality by us would be rather hard

ah, ok. Makes sense – thanks for the update

This is a POST SALE question: for some reason elementor companies list widget is not displaying any company even though I have 9 companies already registered. I ran setup theme wizard twice but no fix please help.

Please contact us via Support Tab, I’ll check it

Thank, I already sent a message to support. Hope to hear about you guys soon

When a Jobseeker profile has been approved or declined, I would have expected that an auto email will be sent to them to confirm this, Is that possible with this theme?

We don’t have option to approve/decline user profiles, unless you mean resumes by that. there’s no email send for that action

I have updated my domain When I input the license, it show License quota has been over, you can not add more domain with this license key How can I clear my previous domain, and use it in the new domain?

Hi

I reseted your license key, you should be able to activate it again

Thank you!

There is a latency issue in the testimonial carousel where, upon scrolling down, more than three testimonials are displayed instead of just three. However, when I move the carousel, it reconfigures itself and displays the correct number of testimonials. How can I resolve this problem?

We’re not aware of such issue, please send support ticket with link to your website and precise explanation

Hi Team, hope you are well? I have query around the [jobs] shortcode which has given us some headaches and after a lengthy search, forum answers keep pointing to conflicting plugins and themes.

So the question, can you think of a reason why when adding the filter keywords=“job title text”, there seems to be no impact on the search results. Even jobs that do not contain the keywords show at the top of results. Some Googling seems to suggest there might be a caching issue when updating the shortcode.

I am using the latest versions of plugins and themes with very minimal extra happening in the background.

For SEO it’s important we can create landing pages by job title without relying on URL parameters, so we’re a bit stuck.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks, Simon

Simply update theme to the latest version and use elementor for displaying custom list of jobs with predefinied filters https://imgur.com/a/f2pENBU

Hi thank you for coming back to us, we are using WP Bakery, is there an option for this? Thanks again, Simon

Hi there, just to update, I found the shortcode keyword search was clashing on pages where I had a job filters sidebar, by removing the sidebar, the feature now works. Thanks again for your help.

Unfortunately I bought Jobica theme. Can I get publish more candidates/RESUME with your theme? 1 “candidate” profile can upload multiple resumes/profiles..

It can be done with workscout?

Probably yes but haven’t tried that

i bought many wrong theme here on envato! Please i need to know 100% sure. I need to CHARGE Candidate and Employers for posting RESUME/JOBS

But we don’t have such option, you’d need to look further for a perfect theme that fits all your needs or buy what is closest and customize it, that’s how it works.

Hey! Can’t wait for the new Freelancer-like feature. I have a question though, is the payment transaction going to be between the advertiser and the freelancer directly, or are we acting as middlemen? I mean, holding the payment until both parties are satisfied.

You will act as middlemen and there will also be Stripe Connect support for split payments

Also, the headline “We have 22 job offers that could be the right fit!” Sticks to the top menu, on mobile devices. Let it go a little bit.

I don’t really see it but things like that can be easily adjusted with CSS

Hello PureThemes. I have a question before I buy. Does WP Job Manager need to be purchased separately? I couldn’t find a page with rates and prices per package. Can I use it only as an Employer? Without the ability to open an account for job seekers? And why can I open so many companies in one account?

Thanks, I’m already getting good support, I’m sure you’re worth doing business with.

Customer satisfaction is what we strive for ;)

How to add Ajax loaded job search section kind of a layout in the home page

I want the job listing in the left and the job page in the right.

You have to set your home page Page Template to use “Page with Full Page Jobs”. this layout can’t be used as part of other layout

PRE SALE QUESTIONS

Hello! I really loved your theme! Congratulations!

I already have a job portal website using another WP theme, but it is necessary to migrate to a new one due some technical problems. I’m really interested in buying your theme, and would appreciate if you guys could answer some questions before doing that, such as:

1. Which are the hosting/server minimum settings to run the theme (RAM, Memory, SSD, Server Semi Dedicated, Dedicated, Isolated etc.)

2. Can I add a field for candidates add their work category? Such as Marketing, Administrative, Sales, Consulting etc. This is already field “Resume category” that I saw on candidate dashboard? Even if i need to buy another plugin,, its OK for me.

3. For Job search fields, it is possible to add another field with work model? Such as Office, Hybrid, Remote, Flexible etc. Even if i need to buy another plugin,, its OK for me.

4. Which plugin or feature do you guys eventually recommend to consider buying in order to improve features on theme? I’m don’t worry about price, just want to know all I need to buy in order to run the theme in the best scenario.

5. Which is the maximum recommended volume of users for this theme?

I really appreciate your time! Thank you so much!

That depends on how big your site is going to be, this is server that we use for all our demo sites https://share.cleanshot.com/D6Rm9z8n but it could work on lower settings as well. The minimum is what WordPress requires

Today I have more than 4k candidates and 100 companies. What do you recommend considering a growth of 10% monthly? Will expect 10k candidates in the next 12 months

10k is not a problem

Hello!

Here’s a pre-sale question: I saw that you are developing freelance features. I client needs a website like Workana or UpWork, where users or companies can post freelance jobs, and hire people for specific tasks and then pay for it throught the website. This will be possible?

When will you release these features? I saw you said this summer for another question here. But when this is exactly? I’m from Brazil, the summer here is on December.

Great, thanks for your response!

Is there a demo link to test the WordPress Administration Panel?

Hi, no, that’s not available

Hi there, if we would purchase your theme, could you help us with a little thing?

For registration and profile-information we need to make some informations required for user-role employer: tax, company name and contact person … for us it is necessary ..

and is it possible to place a html-signature globally? Thank you

That would require custom modification at this moment.

What do you mean by ‘html-signature’?

Ok, what could customization cost for adding 3 custom fields? html-signature for all outgoing email – adding a footer for emails

We don’t provide customization services but I can recommend some trusted developers

does the workscout job theme integrate with google analytics? or any analytics? looking to find how many times a job listing gets viewed and clicked etc

Hi

You can use any Google Analytics plugin for WordPress, there are couple of them on https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/analytics/

or you can check https://astoundify.com/products/wp-job-manager-stats/

brilliant! Thank you for the reply.

I have applied the unrestricted Google Map API to the Job Listing, but when I enter the location in a new job listing, it respond with a Exclamation marks. I tested via WP Job Manager geolocation link and the Google API works, what else could be wrong?

Please send support ticket with link to your website.

Hi, may i know when the approximate timeline for you to implement the freelancers features on this theme? i saw a note from Hireo. I am about to make another license purchase. Thanks.

This summer it will be released
