Today, 2 my sites use jnews theme cannot update lastest news via module 21, module 9 and module 16. I’ve try module 21 to 12, it display lastest news correctly. How can I fix this problem without change module?

I’ve turn off Enable Cache Query from Global Query Option Settings and cleared cache but it not work. It’s suddenly display error today

we’ve checked the module 21, module 9 and module 16 in our side and still able to display the latest post, first please try to check these settings below on Content Filter Setting for module 21module 9 and module 16 in your site

1. make sure that included only unchecked

Uncheck Include only

2. set sort by to the latest post

How can I increase the size of the logo for mobile viewing. Logo is too small and needs to be increased but can’t find an option for this. Support page is not working for me.

hi. im realizing that the install plugin option in jnews theme is not working. not able to download jnews plugin from the jnews market place. throwing error wich says: REQUEST IS NOT VALID! TRY TO CONTACT SUPPORT. i dont know what the … is this. i have my real license. my support is of while working on other projects. plz fix that as we want to use the theme for a magazine project.

jnews plugins are not loading on jnews plugin marketplace. importing demo not able to connect to download required plugins for each demo. so weired. i dont know if other experience the same problem. or you blocked me from accessing the plugin market place. of course theme is activated. thanks

first please make sure your license is activated, please go to WordPress Dashboard > JNews Dashboard, if you see this activate button, please activate the theme license first

2. I haven’t been able to use jnews because it has no 16×9 aspect ratio for youtube videos thumbnails . 16×9 is the only aspect ratio that displays youtube videos properly.

Yet it does not support the 16×9 ASPECT RATIO that YOUTUBE VIDEO ONLY SUPPORT.

I CAN NEVER UNDERSTAND WHY IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN ITS DESIGN.
