If you’re having issues with payments on envato/themeforest site, please get in touch with their support as they handle all sales related issues. If you’re seeing issues accepting payments with a payment plugin, I’d recommend checking with the plugin support as sometimes it’ll be an issue with the payment module and not related to Avada.

Can I use local font by default? or do the theme use only google fonts?

Hi,

You can definitely upload custom fonts and use those with Avada.

If its a custom font, it has to be uploaded to your installation.

Hello we have purchased avada theme (purchase 37b5ded6-48.. ) and installed it on the domain https://karpathiko-glendi.net. We are having issues with the footer widgets suddenley they have disappeared from the left sidebar of wordpress (appearance menu). For your information in the past it used to show normally. Is there any fix? I have updated the avada theme and plugins of the theme to the latest version. Also wordpress is up to date.Thank you

One of my unused registration code is showing as being used on another domain but is actually not.

I cannot see the code listed in my.avada.com as well.

If I try to raise a ticket on my.avada.com it says my support has expired whereas I do have 6 months of support left.

Please help fix this.

Your support is showing as valid. Please log out and then log back in to the support area and you should be able to submit a ticket now. Once the ticket is submitted our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Recently observed this. After a fresh WP 6.22 install, removing TwentyOne and TewntyTwo themes (that leaves TwentyThree theme), if Avada (main) theme is uploaded, it gets uploaded.

But upon clicking to activate the theme, it breaks the site. Neither the frontend nor the backend is accessible.

Please fix this asap.

I have 2023 with Avada on my installation and it works without any issues, there could be some other factor and most probably a broken installation of Avada in this case, please make sure you have installed Avada properly by reinstalling it.

If however the issue persists, please know that you have a valid support with us and should be able to open a support ticket without any issues.

There is no way for the content boxes to be seen on mobile How can I force it to be seen on mobile?

Content boxes should show on all screen sizes unless you have the element/parent column or container set to hide on smaller screens via the Visibility settings or render logic setting in the column/container settings.

My client wishes to see two demos before finalizing on a layout. Can I install and register one license on beta1.mycompany.com and beta2.mycompany.com and show the demos with his content?

Once finalized, both demos will be deleted and will then go live on mycompany.com

Avada can be installed on live/production and one staging installation so you could install on the main domain and then install the other dev/test copy on a domain name like dev.site.com and will be able to import the two prebuilt sites to show to your client.

The main domain has a live site already so can’t disturb that. How else can I have two staging setups for demonstration?

Hello,

“The ‘Side Navigation’ page template will be deprecated in a future version of Avada. We have replaced it with a better solution, the Avada Vertical Menu widget. This new widget offers the same features but with greater flexibility. It works with the WP menu system. Please utilize this new method instead of the page template which will eventually be removed.”

We have tried the Vertical Menu widget but it does NOT have the same layout as Side Navigation. There are no Lines any more.

How to add Lines and change the color of the text? There is no setting for it!?

Hey! – I purchased this great theme back in 2018 – Since then I had used it on a website I owned, I then removed the website and domain. I have a new domain now and like to use the theme again, but it wont let me, its saying that the theme is already in use. How can I remove the old domain name and allow me to use avada on my new site? – There isnt an option to remove licence anywhere? (I dont want to or need to renew support to have this option removed?)

Fusion builder makes the web very slow, I uninstall it and it goes super fast. I have also talked to the server and they tell me that it is the fault of this plugin. I’ve done all the performance recommendations and checked interaction with other plugins and it only works if I uninstall Fusion Builder. What I can do? I have more than 60 licenses purchased and it happens to me on some pages thank you

Hello, Avada Conflict with “WooCommerce Subscriptions”. | Problem: Pages/edit page= Editor does not display and Avada Setting menu not display. Note: This problem appears in Cart page and some pages. But all other pages are ok. When I disable “WooCommerce Subscription” everything is working fine.

Hello … I installed the theme on a temporary link, then deleted the link, and when installing the theme on the main domain, a message appeared that the template is used by another domain 1- I canceled and deleted the temporary link, how do I go back to it again and cancel it!

Hello, I´m pretty sure I found a bug on the Portfolio section (CATEGORIES) and I don´t think it´s fair to be required to pay for the Support renewal when I´ve only got this issue and my website has been fully functional for years now.

When you scroll down any category and click on the next page the whole thing gets bundled up and becomes a medley of portfolio itens from different categories, and when you try to alter the category it falls on the second page right off…

We are unable to replicate any such issues at our end

I would request you to perform some basic diagnostics post a backup
1) Disable all third party plugins except Avada builder and Avada core and check if the issue still persists
2) Please disable any child theme and switch to the parent theme to check if the issue is resolved
3) Ensure that you have no system values showing in red. You can check this by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard > Avada > System status. Please do ask your host to adjust any values that you see in red
4) I would request you to please clear the cache from Avada options by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard > Avada > Options > Performance and click on “Reset Avada caches”. Please clear all server and browser cache post this and re-check the front end of your site in an incognito window
5) Finally, please do ensure that you have all theme and bundled plugins updated to the latest version

A year and a half from now I bought a template to build a website for my stuff dorismyangel.com but I didn’t use it as I want to because I didn’t have time to manage that. Now I want to build my web page that will contain graphic design services, websites also.
