The theme is supported and we will continue to update it, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out.
The current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and with PHP 8.2.
Bundled plugins do get updated with the theme, however, in case you need immediate update of any bundled plugin you can contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.

Your platform is impressive, with a high-quality design and smart layout. The flexibility to modify the site to fit individual tastes and preferences is remarkable, and I’ve never encountered a more user-friendly and advanced web store. However, there is one major issue that significantly undermines the value of the entire experience—the store is tied to a specific domain.
In many situations, domains may need to be changed, and this restriction poses a serious problem. I personally experienced this after launching my store before the pandemic. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to relocate to another country, which required changing my domain. As a result, I lost access to the site that I had invested so much time and effort in building.
I understand this is part of the contract, but I strongly believe this policy should be reconsidered, as it feels unfair and somewhat misleading.
I hope you take this into consideration, as it would make your already amazing platform even better.

In case you used your purchase code to register one installation, you are required to deregister in order to use the purchase code on a different installation.
You should know that you can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article
If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any URL (like google.com), and in the error message, the correct URL will be written.
You can also contact us through this email, include your purchase code in the email, and our support agents will assist you with deregistration.

I have a problem with the subscribe pop-up. I don’t think it’s effective to have to check a box to stop the pop-up from appearing again. Is it possible that once you close the subscription pop-up window, it won’t appear again without checking any option? Thanks

Unfortunately no, it is necessary to check the “Prevent this pop-up” checkbox. Implementing different behavior would require additional customization, but this falls out of our support scope.

Unfortunately we did not test our theme with this plugin and you can see the compatibility for Gioia on the specification page.
Gioia theme is compatible with Dokan though theme features.
Please note that both WCFM and Dokan are popular multi-vendor marketplace plugins for WordPress, but they have different strengths and features. If you’re looking for a plugin that natively supports withdrawing with a wallet address and also allows adding crypto wallets and coins, Dokan might be the better choice for you, as it provides this functionality out of the box.

For more options regarding variations of products, please note that we used the YITH WooCommerce Color and Label Variations Premium (see this screenshot) in reference to the variable color and size of products in order to have them show differently. However, this plugin could not be included within the bundled plugins so you will have to install it yourself. There are a lot of styling issues on a clean install and import of the theme, the showcase vertical page is a mess. I have been trying to get support for this 5 days ago but i am still not receiving any sign of help. I really hope we can still get some help.

Your response time is way beyond 24 hours on week days, regardless of holidays. The theme is full of issues. You recommended me to buy a plugin for basic design of the product page to work the plugin costs are $75, but it still not fixed the issues. I have asked help for weeks, but getting no to slow responses. I have used many themes, this is the first time that i have experienced that when you fix one thing another issue pops up without any help.
So to inform other people looking into buying this theme. The design on the detail page of a product does breaks without a Yith plugin. It does not work with it either. At this point i have lost on a lot of costs making a design based of this theme, buying a theme that has many issues, trying to fix it ourselves, buying a plugin that should have resolved the issue but didnt and now having to start all over with another theme. Looking at the comments before, i am not the only one with these issues.

I’ve been waiting for far too long for an update on this theme and it’s now causing so many issues with Dokan Pro it is affecting my business! The whole reason I purchased this theme was because of the Dokan compatibility but it is now no longer compatibles in so many ways and causing all kinds of problems. Woocommerce files are outdated too. I am tired of paying for support every six months to simply have my one request – to have the theme updated more frequently to ensure compatibility with Dokan – ignored. I don’t need any other support. I just need you to please keep this theme doing what you said it would do when we all purchased it. That is, be Dokan compatible!
