Hi uixthemes, thanks for the great theme. However I don’t have a project to use the theme until now. May I ask in the single product page, the layout in desktop devices is ok but on mobile devices, the product gallery turned into dots – How can I keep them as thumbnail? so my customer can see easier instead of 1 product image. Does this theme work with custom post types? I want to use certain features of Konte, like the product list/grid widget, to display products. However, I don’t want to use WooCommerce since my store doesn’t require a payment system. So that can we create new archive or single template this theme is support?
Does this theme support TranslatePress? And does it have a language switcher widget, or is it only compatible with WPML?

Post types is a core feature of WordPress, so the answer is “Yes”. However, this theme is developed to work with WooCommerce. If you would like to develop your own post types to present your products, there are custom templates you have to create. The theme has no features to build custom templates for custom post types. By default, it uses the default template for posts.
For multilingual, you can try Polylang too. The theme is not tested with TranslatePress.

When I activate Woocommerce HPOS, Woocommerce tells you which plugins are not yet compatible with HPOS, and among them, Soo Wishlist appears, I attach link with screenshot. Although in the screenshot it appears in Spanish, the message says: “This plugin is incompatible with the active feature of WooCommerce “High Performance Order Storage (COT)”. It should not be enabled.”

Thank you for your feedback. In the recent update of the theme, these template files are not necessary to be included in the theme. Therefore they were removed from the theme. The theme will use the default template files of the WooCommerce plugin.
If you updated the theme via FTP uploads, these files wont be deleted. You can delete them manually.

1. Yes, you can use this theme without e-commerce sections and without WooCommerce. However, this theme was designed for e-commerce in mind, therefore there are limited components for non-ecommerce websites.
2. Yes, this theme has the team members page. You can check this example URL:

Unfortunately, we don’t have plan to optimize the checkout page. The checkout is a special page for e-commerce websites. Optimizing this page should be handled by plugins.

We have used these two plugin to add extra tab but its only adding tab title. not adding the tab content. By default its show long description content.

You can use these plugins to add extra tabs to the product page. The theme has no problem with these plugins. There are many people who are using them with the Konte theme. You can try to deactivate other plugins one by one to test.

Hey, When we updated the Konte Addons, html not working on size guide. So if we add any html its not appearing. We have purchased the theme but the support is expired so we can not connect support. But I believe this bugs should be fix its not related to support. Can you fix it please?

Thank you for your feedback. We’ve tested the theme again and the Size Guide was working well. It could be a problem with other plugins on your website. Or you was added not-allowed HTML to the size guide. WordPress doesn’t allow all HTML in the post editor. You can only use some HTML tags for formatting only.

Thanks for your response. Can you guess the release date of your new theme? Curious to know and to see it soon. Konte actually could benefit from new updates like “a better Wishlist”-feature because the current one is too simple and doesn’t work with cache (as the cart does). The elementor widget could provide more options and flexibility. Maybe more landing pages etc. etc. But maybe it makes sense if these goes into the new theme first. Keep it up.
