The theme is compatible with Elementor and you can create new pages using flexbox containers. However, if you already have content built using Elementor sections you shouldn’t convert them to flexbox containers.

We bought this theme and started to install it but abandoned the project. Now we’re trying to import sample data but it’s saying we can’t because we registered with our primary domain. We just need to be able to import the sample content again, but don’t have access to the old install as it’s on a hosting plan we no longer have. Can you help?

Hi!, Does this Theme have the ability to “visually” adjust the header? I need to position elements exactly where I need them, Example: the logo needs to be placed where I would like it as well as the header bar padding right left top bottom separately. When I look a the tutorial on the header, it seems limited. I do not want to have to go into the code to adjust things. Please let me know ASAP thanks
Also, can you manipulate the header height via the UI? and adjust exactly where the navigation baseline sits? I find a lot of themes lock you out of this simple design aesthetic.

All of the header options are covered in the documentation in this link. Please note that even if the Headers and Footers are included in the Elementor Pro version, our theme is using the Free Elementor version and header and footers on our demo sites are created with our header/footer templates, so unfortunately, we didn’t test the Elementor Pro header and footer feature with our theme.

Unfortunately this in not a feature of the theme. Media files supported by theme and WordPress and listed here. You can try to achieve this with some 3rd party plugin, however, we cannot give you an exact recommendation as we haven’t tested such plugins with the theme.

Heya, sorry for lacking info – quite simple to showcase, https://dvnstkreis.de/project/no-fear/ – click on an image from one of the upper two sliders, then lightbox opens for a short moment, then it forwards to the URL of the image ( leaves the site ) – Would be nice if you could fix that

We’ve found that you are running the latest theme version but your Manon Core plugin is not up to date. Please navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and hit ‘Update’ under the Manon Core. It is important to update core plugin once the theme is updated.

Having issues with Elementor Portfolio List. We’ve managed to locate three tickets from November 2021. with your username and purchase code and they were all updated with responses. You can login to your account at our Help Center and check the ticket history.
Please try installing ‘Regenerate Thumbnails’ plugin. Then navigate to Tools > Regenerate Thumbnails, leave both checkboxes unchecked and click on the ‘Regenerate Thumbnails For All xx Attachments’.
Also, please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.
If you need to update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.
