1/ Yes, the theme already supports front-end video upload. We have a plugin called “Penci Front End Submission” that can help you with that.
2/ Yes, it also has an auto video thumbnail feature.
3/ Unfortunately, at this moment, the theme doesn’t support live video preview on the thumbnail. Could you please provide more details about what the “video transcript feature” entails?

Ok, so, its a 2 questions in there, here i explain,
1st) Do theme support ‘Category Thumbnails’ feature of WordPress OR any custom theme feature that allow me to upload thumbnail image for category ?
2nd) If i want to show all categories of site in single page than do your theme support it using some short-codes or via easy customization that remains there and don’t overwrite after theme update ?

Regarding both of your questions, there is no need to use the “Category Thumbnail” to create a page that displays all the categories. You can achieve this easily by using Elementor and the Penci Big Grid widget provided by the theme. For example, you can refer to the layout shown in this image (we offer various layouts to choose from). The best part is that using Elementor and the Penci Big Grid widget won’t be affected when you update the theme.

thanks for the response. i wanted to send mail, but i tried disabling some obviously unused plugins such as WP-FLV (to play flash videos) and was able to successfully upgrade to PHP 8.1

i clicked add to cart on many items but all return a “x”, cart doesnt show any number, for those blog already a shop instead of a separate shop page, their add to cart button works, only out of stock items will show “x” after click add to cart. so its not a browser issue?

No, it’s not a bug. It’s related to variable products. You need to select the color and size of the product before adding it to your cart. On your site, you can either use a variable product where customers choose the product attributes, or you can use a simple product where they can simply click “Add to Cart” without selecting any product attributes.

i found out how to add to cart, its really confusing and hard to figure it out tho:
after click “add to cart” icon, it shows “x” on the top left corner,
and then in the middle now shows “color and size”, then click select color and size,
then another “add to card” long button shows at the bottom, click it now it added to cart,
really confusing and hard to figure out because button postion keeps changing, but glad it works no bugs.
would it possible you can change the “x” to a message “plz select color/size”? first reactioin when seeing a “x” is its not working, who knows “x” actually means there are next steps to do?
thinking maybe i need to add an instruction how to add to cart on the shop page once i started using your theme.

If you don’t need to use variable products, clicking the “Add to Cart” button will add the item to the cart immediately, without displaying the popup to select the product attributes 
Variable products are a product type offered by the WooCommerce plugin. You can find more information about variable product here – It’s up to you whether you choose to utilize variable products or not for your online store.

The changes in size are not being displayed as distinctly as the changes in color. When viewing the product preview, there are no noticeable differences in size. The product preview should highlight the main variations to assist customers in identifying what they desire.
