Hi, After installing the theme,, the google chrome doesn’t show the images,,, only Microsoft edge and Mozilla can show the website images. what is the issue.
I currently own a license for this theme and am about to update the website on which it is used. I have create a staging site on another domain, but I only have one license. Can I safely use the them on the staging site with the purchase code I already have or will that breakdown the live-site on the other domain?

I was registered on your old support site at http://udesigntheme.com and had a number of tickets I worked with your support folks. That URL now gives a 521 error and the new support link goes to https://d-themes.com/ where my username and password no longer work and I get an error that says “Your provided login info is incorrect.” I know the username and pass are correct so I’m assuming the users didn’t migrate properly to the new site/domain. So I tried to register again with my purchase code and I get critical Wordpress error. My theme is still registered within Wordpress but I need to access support (still have 9 months left). What do I do?

Hi, I built a site using your theme back in 2014 utilizing WP Bakery. I understand you have given up on this page builder. When I updated the site almost everything changed. I restored a back up as it will be a lot of work to fix everything up.

Let me say that I am disappointed with how you have handled the siituation. We need to rebuild the website because you hve decided to remove WP Bakery from your theme… Let me just say that there are tons of modern themes that havve no compatibility issue with this page builder.
OK, let’s say I want to proceed with WP Bakery and your theme. How am I going to get updated versions of this page builder now that you have removed it?
I also want to understand something. All the shortcodes that exist on the website, are wiped out when I update the theme?

1- No sorry to say, that you cannot update the theme while using the WP bakery plugin, and using this plugin with the latest version of the theme requires customization. 2- Yes, All shortcode functionality will be removed when you update the theme to the latest version. Because in the latest version, we added tons of Elements/Widgets to use instead of shortcode.

The design of your new site is great, I’m stuck with u-design version 2.7.4. but your u-esign theme is very solid. In different themes of many different customers, their sites were crashed due to the vulnerability, although yours is old, the vulnerability did not occur. But I will update immediately as a precautionary measure. but the only problem is i saw that there are many changes in your demo, i haven’t figured out how to do it yet. Actually, there is no option in the theme to change the style or customize the mobile menu. You can only enable the menus you have to show them on mobile. In order to enable the menus navigate to the Dashboard >> UDESIGN >> Theme Options >> Menu >> Mobile Menu >> click on the “Eye” icon on the menus you want to enable/show on the mobile menu. 2- Actually, The account element have two types only there is no option to set the page link on it.

Actually, I have confirmed from our test site the latest version of the WooCommerce is working fine with our latest version of the theme. Please make sure that you have updated the theme and its necessary plugins on your site.
After that navigate to the Dashboard >> UDESIGN >> Patcher >> and check if there is any patch available to apply. I hope your issue will be resolved.

Actually, the SEO title and description are managed by the SEO plugins. First of all, make sure that you have installed the SEO plugin. You can use the YOAST SEO plugin it is fully compatible with our theme. To change/remove the post author and other meta details navigate to the Dashboard >> UDESIGN >> Theme Options >> Blog >> From there you can enable/disable the meta settings from the given options.
Thank you for the answer! Yost SEO helped, it has seo description. However Theme options -> Blog doesnt provid an oppurtunity to change the name of the author. We can only display/hide the name in that section. By default it is admin. And I want to rename it to a real name. Thank you!

if i go to Udesing > all templates and go to header (elementor), I cant see any icon to make settings. I only see a colored block but no icons. I deleted cache and also tried a fresh browser. I just have to guess I am clicking the right option for columns or sections.
