I just got the theme. Installed. Also I got the license txt file for Slider Revolution plugin. But inside that text file I can’t fine the purchase code to activate premium version of the plugin. Help me please.

I purchased and installed this theme a couple years back. Deleted the site shortly after. I am now trying to reuse the theme for a different project – the license code will not work unless I remove from old site – which isn’t possible from a site that was deleted.
I have tried to contact support but as support is expired – I can’t submit a ticket.
So am I left with a theme that I have paid for but can no longer use?

Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.
On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

There are no “rev.slider” files in the theme files. It is recommended to install it from “Pre-Packaged” in the plugins required for the theme. How do I install in this case?

Grant here, on the created portfolio templates that you have said we get on your landing page mine for some reason are all broken. For one of the main selling features of this site and with having an already learning curve from this theme i would like if i could get these templates to work.
