Your theme has a serious problem. I am unable to install since morning. Sometimes it is asking the ftp details and then new errors keep coming up like this The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2023/07.

Hi, this is not our theme issues, Please ask your hosting provider, Your hosting provider has many limitations, The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploades/2023 This is your hosting security issue, Please ask your Hosting provider to solve this. When i tried to install the theme, it showing me this message

When you said, We are not giving you more free support. That time you send us the refund request. YOU ARE STILL USING OUR THEME BUT SENDED US REFUND REQUDST. YOU ARE REALLY A SCAMMER, JUST WANT TO USE THE THEME WITHOUT PAYMENT. I really don’t want to talk to you anymore.

I will, if i can fix it by myself instead waiting 3 week for you for implement a single patch. Unfortunately our page based on the personal portfolio block, which is nice but we cant use it atm.
I fixed the bug in the axtra plugin (personal portfolio service tab external link points to wrong url no matter what) just PM me if anyone needs it. Sooner or later official fix will come i think.
