As a suggestion, I can recommend you use import/export tool for your listings, the theme is compatible with the WP All Import plugin. You need to use the WP All Import plugin with our STM WP All Import Addon, you can download the addon from here -> https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-theme-documentation/import-listings/import-preparation#stm-wp-all-import-addon. The add-on uses the default importing process of the WP All Import plugin and the theme doesn’t control the importing process. The proper demo CSV file you can get from here, so in this way, you can compare the structure of your CSV file with the demo file -> https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-theme-documentation/import-listings/import-example-files. Please note before making such kind of tests I highly recommend you to make back-ups

The Motors theme is a multifunctional WordPress theme and by default, the theme includes multiple demo layouts. Each of the theme demo layouts is different with its own unique style/design and features in general. It needs to modify the theme and STM Motors Extends plugin templates in order to use different features in different demo layouts and combine two or more demo layouts features in one site. Please note that the customization does not part of theme support due to the ThemeForest policy. Those are part of the listing category, the listing categories items can be changed from the listings > listing categories section by editing the needed listing category, your provided items are part of the Conditions listing category, so by managing the Conditions listing category you can edit it’s item titles/names

1. Hourly Rental rate is available only in the Rental TWO demo layout. You can check how it works from our live demo preview by searching for an item for an hourly rate from the Rental TWO home page, for example,> https://motors.stylemixthemes.com/rental-two/
2. In our theme the Driver’s license is optional and not required. When you will select a Car to be rented in the checkout form there will be a field for including a driver’s license. There are no other alternatives to include Driver’s License in the theme by default

In classified and dealership demo layouts we have featured options. You can make a listing as featured by enabling/disabling the Special Offer option under the Listing Manager -> Specials section of the backend of a single listing. You will have featured listings on your site. The Inventory page displays featured listings at the top of the list by default and after, all listings display in their default orders. This is how the inventory page behaviors when you have featured listings in your site

Do you have documentation on this? I’m using the theme and plugins and have features enabled but they don’t show at the top of the inventory list but they do say featured and show on the featured panel.

Hi, yes I have that enabled. Entered the text as well so the ribbon shows. However the units still do not show at the top of the listings. The default sort options is “newest” and “oldest” there’s no option to show “featured” first nor does it show automatically at the top.

In the theme Rental checkout payment gateway depends on the Woocommerce by default. You need to contact the plugin authors that you integrated for the Woocommerce payment gateway, it could be that you set incorrect settings/configurations

Please kindly make sure that you installed Woocommerce pages and set shopping page correctly. In the theme options, go to Theme Options > Rental Layout Settings > Reservation Date Page. Set the same page that you selected as the shop page in the previous step as the reservation date page.
It is important to note that the Reservation page in the theme corresponds to the WooCommerce Shop page. Therefore, it is crucial to indicate the shop page under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Shop Page field.
After setting the shop page, recheck your site’s permalinks by going to wp-admin settings > permalinks section. Choose the “post” option and click the save button to update your permalinks.
