i’m going to buy this Theme , so i need more information. is it possible to check this and answer me to continue the buy process. 1. i need a Right-to-left website and disable accessibility of this for site viwerers , is it supported? 2. the specific font is requred , can i change the contetnt font ? 3. the booking an appointment for visit is must important , is it support or have any section to register the patent and ask to visit a doctor ? so he/she must search the calneder (persian hijri) and check if the doctor is available and the time is free and ask the appointment and recive the recipt by email or SMS. 4. i want to change the color to specific color that match a color code, is it possible to change theme to that color code ? 5. doed this theme is responsive and in computer or mobile and tablet is shown in right format ?
1. Yes RTL mode is available. You can check it on demo site by picking Direction: RTL from ‘Style Selector’ on the right. For example on main demo here: https://quanticalabs.com/wp_themes/medicenter/home/
2. Yes, fonts are configurable under Theme Options in admin area.
3. Theme is not including booking functionality, so you will need to install some plugin for that.
4. Yes, you can change theme colors under Theme Options.
5. Yes, it is.
for 2 , i need to install another font, i will purchase that font . do you help me to install the font ? for 4. i need to change the color to a specific color that is not included in the pallete. i need to change the color to #7b9966 or another color code for 3. which plugin exactly you prefer that compatible with this theme ?
2. After you will install the font, you just need to write its name in Theme Options. If you won’t be able to install new font on your own we can do this for you as a custom job.
3. Unfortunately I’m not able to make recommendation on that. Every well developed plugin should works well with MediCenter.
4. Yes, you can use any custom hex code value, not only the ones from palette.

this is the second time, with the same bug. i can’t create a new topic, because i cant find a option to create. the results of the keyword blog & 404 are to much. Please answer my question here. Or send me a link with a solution. “Forum available in read only mode.” i have write you that the licence is expired and i will not buy another one because of a bug. i have buy your theme twice. and it is the same bug. it’s not my fault.
You can create topic here, please note that you need to have valid support period to do that. Otherwise forum is available in read only mode. Mentioned issue isn’t theme bug but it is caused by incorrect WordPress configuration setting on your side.

You need to be logged in and you also need to have valid support period to create new topic. If you have created topic about this issue in the past, please search for it, you can still be able to access it in read only mode.
iam and was logged and i had wrote two times that the license is expired. the same routine of your support, like my other case/customer. so you give me only an answer if i buy a new lincense. this is a bug on two projects. just because we only noticed it after the license expired, we now have to pay extra

you don’t read the lines and problems of your customers and then claim that it is up to the customer that there is a problem? It’s not just your business politics, it’s arrogance. I’ve been in the business for 10 years. Develop and buy themes yourself. I have only seen this kind of behavior from you. There can be no question of support here. This problem is not recorded in any of your documentation. You haven’t even listened properly and claim that your themes are perfect and it’s definitely not a bug. I will now use my multiple licenses to rate you. Unbelievable such an arrogant, unreflected behavior.

no iam not understanding and i will not. it is a bug, not a cosmetical correction. the theme does not work, how it should be. and it is not the fault of the customer. i will not pay extra money for bugs of your theme.

Theme update 14.0 WPBakery Page Builder update (to version 6.13) doesn´t work. Old WPBakery page builer plugin deleted, no update possible, please check/help. Regards Rainer

Do you have an estimated date? Because all medicenter websites with the use of rev slider are vulnerable for this security leak. The critical severity of this leak is 9.1/10. Please release an update asap! Or at least release the rev slider version 6.6.14 to your customers.

Nope. You replied that it was Wordfence preventing the map editing, but there is no wordfence in use at the website. That is disappointing because that is telling me that you just assume answers without proper service.
