Hi there,
In plugins DFT Theme Extension require an update but it wont update when I click the update.
I updated my theme manually by uploading files via file transfer – it still wont work.
Second problem:
When i update my php Manager to 7.4.33 from 7.3.33 it gives errors in the header and in other places.

I need to update my php because my sercurity plugins dont work.

I purchased the Native Theme Installed it in the Theme and activated it at that time. After a few days, my whole data was suddenly wiped out, so I could not access the files and theme.

We were trying to update our DFD Theme with the latest version – we built our site in 2020 and ran into the following problem:
I tried to update the theme, but I reverted the change since I was not able to update the required plugin DFD Theme Extensions.

I renewed my license last week. I still haven’t received a prompt to update my theme. It’s putting me behind schedule. Is there a reason why I haven’t received a notification that I can update my website theme?

Currently, the latest version of the theme is 1.6.8. If you have an older version, you can update it through the admin panel. The next update is scheduled for next week. For some reason, since the update, there have been some glitches. One of them is that no matter what I do, the featured image is changing at the backend but the front end is still showing the theme default. What could be happening?

I’ve got an issue that seems to be happening since I’ve updated to the latest version. My pricing tables keep resetting and disappearing when I try to edit them. This wasn’t happening before.
Second, is there a way to make it more obvious that there’s a drop down in the mobile menu? Right now it has ”....” but I’m afraid people may not notice that. Is there a way to change this to a ”+” or something more obvious? Thanks.

We have downloaded the Files and realise we will have to invest in plug-ins to the value to £170 also the main plugin DFD extensions pack is failing to install. please can we have a refund as we don’t want to be spending this kind of money on plug-ins just to keep the website up and running.

Hi, I just updated the theme (dfd-native folder), then tried to update WP Bakery and DFD Extensions, and got this error message on both:
An error occurred while installing DFD Extensions: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
I’ve tried 3 different times…and I deleted the plugins beforehand. Should I just upload through normal WP Upload Plugin function?
