One purchase code can only be used for single domain, if your earlier (older) domain is not active anymore you should be able to reset your license with your my.avada.com dashboard and use it again on your new domain (website) without any issues, you can learn more about how the licensing works here => https://avada.com/documentation/avada-registration-and-licensing-faq/

I built a website using Avada, and everything was fine when created it. However, in the past two days, there seems to be some issue. When I directly open the website URL: https://oyosign.com, there is an error (I’ve tried changing browsers and clearing cache). But if I login to the backend admin page first (https://oyosign.com/wp-admin) and then open the website URL, everything works fine. Can you help me solve this problem? Thank you very much.

Hello, I switched the recaptcha from V3 to V2 and the icon on my website prosimspinkej.cz is still showing in the right down corner. What can I do to remove it.I changed the keys in the Avada Settings for V2 keys. Does it mean that I can’t change the keys? Thank you.

Avada’s Twitter Widget is not communicating properly with Twitter. The Avada Twitter widget will partially work only after a site viewer logs into their Twitter account.
Also: (1) The “Avada Style” widget style no longer works; (2) Twitter no longer respects the number of tweets we want displayed. Twitter is automatically displaying the last ten (10) published tweets. We only want to display three (3).

Twitter has been making arbitrary changes to their API as of late including rate limiting etc. The link you shared has a ton of replies from regular users with similar issues. Is there an official response there from Twitter team that you can point to so we can check with our dev team about this?

It appears Twitter Developers are slowly rolling out a solution, but cannot confirm.
We can only confirm that – as of yesterday – the only way to obtain Twitter feeds (Twitter and Deprecated Styles only) is to sign up or sign into a Twitter account.
In any case, it would be great if you can replicate and confirm Items (1) and (2) above. Once you do, then review the associated Avada Twitter code for compatibility with Twitter’s new code and policies.
Last, informing your customers about this issue via a temporary update to the page provided below would be extremely helpful.

I don’t have a list of prebuilts with the Twitter Timeline element but I just gave it a quick shot on my local setup and it works fine. You can insert that element on a page or custom layout – as well as copy the shortcode for it and paste it within your Legacy Widget Areas and it’ll still work.

Shortcodes won’t be needed at all if you use our new Layout Builder as we don’t recommend using the old Widgets based setup. However if you’ve an old site, you can copy a shortcode for any element like so:
