Hi; I just bought the theme. The first item in the menu, displays submenus links at first sight. I mean, I don’t have to click on the menu item to show submenu items. How can I replicate that to other menu items. (I want to show the whole menu tree)

Just a comment about buying from GT3 and letting your support license lapse. They will NOT give any support after the license expires EVEN when the issue is with their coding, plugin or theme. I understand the need to not work for free… no one should, but if their coding or plugin causes an issue after an update, they NEED to fix this, not just ask for more money!

If you can tell me that the error I reported (which others have also mentioned in these comments after moving to WP 5.0 on the Black Diamond theme) is MY fault then I’ll renew my support license. If the error is caused by YOUR theme/plugin and due to moving to WP 5.0+ then this should be YOUR issue to fix… without charge.
That issue with WP 5.0 was long time ago. Please make sure that you keep the theme up to date in order to avoid any issues with WP compatibility

You can use one license for one domain/website only. If you want to use it on another domain/website you have to purchase an extra license. Please read the standard license terms

Hello, I have just updated the Theme and WordPress version but now i see that it displays very strangely the title of the page on my clients homepage. Can you recommend someone to make the theme working? It’s probably installed, demo content loaded but still it does not look anything like your demo website. I’d like to have this fixed but apparently I’m too stupid to do so.

We are going around in circles here. “Further assistance” didn’t help me while I had paid support. I just want someone who does what I am apparently not capable of doing (even after studying all the answers and the (very basic) documentation which explains very little but merely is a summary of the features). Again…I would like to pay someone to configure the theme so it exactly looks like your demo website (without the content of course). So the basic menu structure etc.
You had 6 month period to get assistance, please provide the support ticket where you’ve requested the assistance with the issues you had. You have to follow the documentation to set up the theme
ONCE MORE: the documentation is very basic – it’s just a summary WITHOUT explanation (e.g. Google Fonts don’t work on my theme…no word how to make them work or to check if they are installed probably). And as I have mentioned: I have no more support ticket IDs on file, sorry. The theme is installed probably as is the demo content. So just let me know if you are interested in a paid job to fix it for me. I’m not going to extend the support period wasting more money as I can’t do it MYSELF. OK?
If the google fonts do not work on your website it does not mean that there is an issue with the theme
