3. You can do it without plugins.
4. Of course, you can edit the demo text and image to your own data.
5. It is possible.

my tutor pro is not updating

The plugins are just bundled with the theme, so, we are not able to re-distribute the licenses to our customers because of the copyright.
You have 2 choices to update the plugins.
Option 1: You can purchase your own plugin’s license to active them to receive automatic updates.
Option 2: You also can get plugin updates each time our theme is updated. If you choose this option you will need to wait for a next update.

I really need a mobile app, but there is no cost-effective way to create one with Tutor LMS Pro (they only have an API). Can we expect LearnDash to be the primary course builder for Edumall? MaxCoach is not a solution; I need Edumall with LearnDash instead of TutorLMS Pro.

Hi @turksserv, Yes, I believe the theme would work without the Tutor LMS and Elementor Pro versions, however, there are some features and components that will not be supported. For example you win’t have to use all the Tutor LMS pro addons and also you won’t have for example the custom Footer for the case of Elementor Pro. There could be other features. It could be also be that you installed or updated Tutor LMS to a more recent version. It seems like the theme currently supports up to 2.1.10, any 2.2.x versions will just land you into issues.
Please try installing only 2.1.10 plugins for the case of tutor lms some of your issues may be fixed
NOTE: The above is entirely dependent on my experience with the theme. Am sure we may experience different issues.

Thanks for the update, but the issue is that sometimes the updates or new versions make the sites run into other problem. Also no answer on the LMS PRO. What role does LMS Pro play in the whole system? can the systen still function without LMS PRO elementor pro?

You can try to update theme in your staging site first before updating in your main site.
For the plugin Pro version, you can choose to use or not.

I really appreciate your efforts, like really do. Truth be told, ain’t easy to come up with something like this. However, on the other hand, we need to be a little bit more swift in handling the issues that are raised by us the Users.
The theme depends entirely on TutorLms which is actually updated almost more than once every month. They keep addressing issues in their updates. For example, recently, there are lots on new features and issues fixed with TutorLms 2.2.x.
In fact I have tested this theme because we recently purchased it but there are a number of issues that are associated with it. I would request that you be as swift as possible such that us who depend on you don’t get frustrated and end up losing our valuable clients.
For those who need basic stuff, this theme may work but anyone with advanced and more complex use case, it requires extra work. Meanwhile, we may need to know more about the security features, SEO because it seems to have some bit of issues with RankMath, some errors end up poping up to the users on the frontend.
Some advice to the users, please always backup your site first and do thorough testing before updating any plugin. You may land into troubles and may not be able to troubleshoot them.
Would like to know, should we expect a new release with lots of improvements and issues fixed or we are still in this Please Create a ticket bla bla bla???

Also for the user dashboard issue, By default, all pages in a certain website are set to: “Single Page Description – excerpt ”. Since this was an auto-generated page and didn’t have much SEO value. The more direct approach to the problem, is that you have to change how SEO plugins see these auto-generated pages by changing Single Page Description – excerpt to Single Page Description – sitedesc .

Is that some times some of you make the theme unstable so that we pay for new support or what. just for no reason students cannot login into the system. Wht causes that. Always having one issue to another. I am getting fed up.

When they log in and after redirecting to accessing the dashboard page, a logged-out message appears: Please sign in to view this section. Disabling the WPRocket cache plugin didn’t do the trick.

Now it seems there is problem with the ’ Forgot Password’ option in the pop-up screen. When we from the pop-up screen the mail received is purely different when we try to open ’ Forgot Password’ from a new page and/or tab.
When it is from the new page/tab the system opens a page like https://mydomain/dashboard/retrieve-password/ > from this screen once we get the link to our mail address we are able to change it from the dashboard. From this screen https://prnt.sc/A1odTrQvB_jo
But the problem occurs when we change it from the pop-up screen https://prnt.sc/yb_yJNsH1JL3. When click on the link in the e-mail it takes us to an admin screen like this. https://prnt.sc/zxbcOQr-0107 with link https://mydomain.com/wp-login.php?action=rp
All the password change or retrieve should be done without entering the admin links. With the first option ( which ends with retrieve-password ) the link we receive in the e-mail opens the right screen. But once we do it from the pop-up the link we receive in the e-mail is completely taking us to an admin screen which shouldn’t be.
And nobody can think to open that forgot password link in a new page/tab https://prnt.sc/Uey1DRAiKRw9

Hi, password reset links are not working properly. From the front-end user-login-register pop, I click on forgot password and I receive a mail without a pass change link. When I make it from the admin login screen clicking on ’ Lost Password’ it directs me to a page password retrieve page with a silly user-login-register pop-up on top of the password change screen. I send you all the details with screenshots. This theme is good but there so many points to be fixed. Please help me asap.
BTW I shouldn’t be making it from the admin-login page since all the users are subscribers and and login-page slug is changed. I also disabled this feature and checked, it is not working again.
I’m also using the latest version where I was not able to updater Tutor LMS to the recent version. Why everything is not working properly with this theme ?

I don’t want the primary menu to show. So none of the menus are checked as primary. What happen is – it loads all contents in the header primary menu area. Like, all pages, posts, produtos, every thing inline, is there anyway or option in the theme to disable or hide the primary menu?
