Sorry for the inconvenience this problem may have caused. This is a known bug that occurred after the release of WordPress 6.3. However, kindly follow the steps below to fix it.

1. Please download this file: https://jmp.sh/yMhouMTg (media.php).

2. Upload and replace it at wp-content → plugins → easy-real-estate → includes → mb → main → inc → fields → media.php.

3. The problem will be resolved if the file is replaced properly, and you should be able to update to WordPress 6.3 and use the backend media features without any issues.

You can use the WP Downgrade | Specific Core Version plugin to downgrade to WordPress 6.2.2. This will circumvent the issue until an update is released for RealHomes and Elementor.
