Hi,

We are starting with the translation of the site we have developed with Chérie theme but we find the following problem.

When we click in the “Edit with Elementor” button on any previously duplicated page, the following message appears:

Sorry, the content area was not found in your page. You must call ‘the_content’ function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page.

We have been looking for different solutions but we couldn’t find the error origin. Could you help us solving it?

Hi, after backup, we found an issue on the following pages:

There was an image in the middle of both pages, but now there is blank content and we cannot change it because Elementor doesn’t allow us to change it.

You will need to log in your Themeforest account and click “Downloads” tab. Find the theme in the list of all purchased items and click “Download” button in front of its name. You will get the latest version.

I hope I understand your question correctly. You now have a full version. Most pages are made with Elementor, but some pages were not created with Elementor due to technical limitations, such as shop functionality. I’m researching themes for a client and this seems to be the best one. Can you tell me with the plugin Amelia that comes with it (as this is the boking system we are going with) is it full service Amelia or will I need to purchase Add-ons from Amelia site

There are three types of functionality: Basic, Pro and Developer. With theme comes functionality of Developer version. You can learn more about the features and difference on Amelia website.

Yes, as I previously mentioned if you would need a support for Amelia plugin, you will need to purchase plugin separately, get the code and submit the support ticket to Amelia.

I am currently trying to resolve a minor issue related to the styling configuration on my WordPress website. So far, I have managed to implement a solution that partially addresses the problem, but it only works on the homepage and does not apply to the rest of the pages.

I have achieved that upon loading the page, the navigation bar appears without a background and the text in white. However, upon scrolling, the bar changes to white and the text to black.

My goal is to maintain the font color in black under all circumstances, with a consistent white background. Could anyone provide guidance on how to achieve this consistency throughout the entire website?

I will try to clarify it. This code works for the Cherie theme. Amelia is a third-party booking plugin which is compatible and complimentary bundled with the theme. Please note that according to our agreement with the authors of Amelia if you will need a service for installing, configuring, or maintaining Amelia plugin, or access to auto-updates or support, you will need to purchase the license separately, directly from plugin authors. HI there. The service menu page has the cool navigation future as icons at the left of the page, but if you look up this page on a phone those icons are gone and this idea unfortunately stops working. Is there a way or any solution to bring them icons on mobile version too?

Hi, thank you for your suggestion. We try to make design universal for all cases and it pushes us to choose ‘golden mean’ solutions. We also like the navigation of the service menu, but on mobile devices, it will overlap the content and for some customers it is critical. Thats why we have it only for large screens. Hope it makes sense.

that is true, but in my case I have a huge list of services and without the way to navigate it is terrible experience for the user. Would you help me with letting them be on a mobile view, maybe by inserting some code or the other way? I really would like them there too, I’d appreciate that. Thank you

Usually, for customization service, we recommend finding a specialist on Upwork or Fiverr. Unfortunately, authors don’t have resources to help with customization and it’s not included in the support.

We are in communication with plugin developers and discussing the possibility of bundling this plugin. At the moment you will need to buy the Amelia license separately or choose another booking system you want.

You can use the full functionality of the plugin with the theme. Amelia is a third-party plugin and comes with the theme as bundled plugin and you can use the full functionality of pro lifetime version. Your clients can make a reservation and pay with different payment methods. You will need to set up the payment methods you need, you can learn more about how to do it in Amelia’s documentation https://wpamelia.com/configuring-payments/

He team, i’m setting up the theme at the moment but i see that woocommerce is not beeing translated, Is this a known bug? I’ve done all the steps needed inclusing changing setting, installing plugins etc.

For localization (translation) you should use the Loco Translate plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/) or the Poedit program (https://poedit.net/), and make sure that you translated theme and Cherie Core plugin too.

I like your theme, but I’ve encountered a bug after setting it up on a new/fresh wordpress site which really annoying and sets me back in my work. I’ve already created a ticket about it (ticket number #3344127), but there is no answer to it.

Our support specialist found the reason for issue with icons. Imagick PHP extension is deactivated on your server, during the demo import and SVG is not applied as it should be. We wrote how to fix it in the ticket on Ticksy.

I have chosen for the preset with the video because the total layout was most fitting for my customer, however if I change the video to one full width image than this does not work well when you check the page out on mobile phone. Is there a way to move the image middlepoint in case it is being checked out on smartphone? Currently you are seeing the extreme left side of the image which is very inconvenient (and uncommon to be honest). Please help me out

Hello, thank you for your patience. The reason is in RTL, theme doesn’t support it. Nevertheless, it is possible to create a slider. There is an Image Carousel in the Elementor, insert it in column 1/2 and insert content in another column.
