The option “Add Media+” only gets disappeared by a third-party plugin conflicts. Please deactivate all the extra plugins and see if this resolves the issue.

2. For now, the website administrators can add agents/agencies. However, we will consider adding this feature in a future update.

3. In RealHomes, if you enable User Agent/Agency Synchronization option, then each user who signs up as an agent or agency will automatically be added to the system as an agent and agency.
