Please provide details how can I make the porto buider feature: products (like a carrousell) selecting by ID. I have seen this feature is deprecated now. And now should be done with grid. Problem with grid is that I don’t want to show the description, just I need the thumnail and H1 of the product. the carroussel you see is using the deprecated function. Using the new function does not show the products (in my web candleartesoteric.com) and in my other webside is showing products but different from the ID defined).

Post Layout: It is the Custom Layout if you want to create on your own, You can create the Custom Layout using provided elements under Porto >> Template Builder >> Post Type Builder and then you can choose that layout from this option of the Porto Posts Grid element.

As you know the my account page is coming from the WooCommerce and our theme does not have any influence on it. So you can try to remove those sections using the Custom CSS easily.

Here in my homepage under each photo category there is a glossary list of products regarding each category.
Now the names H1 of the products have changed. I would need that with any Porto feature is displayed a list of the H1 products under each category and linked to the products.
Example: This category: https://www.candleart.es/velas-ritualizadas/ Should display all the H1 products in the home page at the upper left part. Under Esoteric candles (Velas esotéricas).

I am extremely disappointed with the support provided for Porto theme. It has been incredibly frustrating as this is now the third time our tickets have been deleted without any resolution. We reached out to seek assistance, but instead, our tickets were deleted. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and leaves us feeling frustrated and unheard. We expected better support and assistance from the theme developers. It’s disheartening to feel like we are being taken lightly. I can see you have in total of 105 support tickets. From which 100 tickets have already been replied to and solved.
Only 5 support tickets are opened, and those are unanswered because you have chosen the wrong theme in Form while creating those support tickets, You choose Porto VueJS instead of Porto WooCommerce WordPress and that made the mistake and your remaining 5 tickets did not assigned to our WooCommerce WordPress supporter.
That is the main reason of the ignorance and we are extremely apologizing for it.

However, Porto has the option for the cart page which you can find under Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Cart & Checkout page.

How does one adjust the coloring/image of the custom text in the appointment section. We got the blue background in (Thank you!) but that text is now a little dark, and would like to maybe lighten it up, or put a color overlay on it. I do love the look of that font. Side note – I am betting I could find the answer here in your 21k of comments , but search is impossible since quotes don’t take effect there. If I search for “custom-text-bg-2” it gives me every comment that has the word custom in it. Quite annoying. You guys should complain to Themeforest about it.
