I inquire before purchasing - I have an existing website with a BuddyBoss template that I need for LearnDash digital courses and the website is also already built with a mailing system and promoted on Google. I don’t want to build a new site – but I do want to redesign the site with your templates. The question is whether it is possible to use with the page designs without changing the BuddyBoss template? Do the page designs and not templates also provide suitable designs for the home page? Course page? Because my website deals with tutorials and courses I really hope to get a positive answer. Hi. Thank you for your complements. In case of compatibility, Phlox theme is fine with latest version of WordPress and popular plugins and you shouldn’t have any issues about that. But for using the ready-to-use demo, we always recommend that the best case is using it on a clean website as a fresh install. If you have content and plugins with custom post type and so on then chances are that you will need to redesign or adjust a few things. I hope this helps and if you have any further questions feel free to ask. But since we do not know anything about your current site and plugins there we cannot promise that everything goes fine with the process you are willing to do
My plan is this – to build a new site on a temporary domain there to install the template – to design the pages – to write them and when they are ready to export the page as an Elementor template and import it to my site. Because it’s important to me when buying here to get high-level designs, I can’t at this point damage the plugins I have on the existing site. Hello, I have encountered an error while analyzing the SEO of my website using the Rank Math plugin. The error message I am receiving is as follows:
“API Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 15000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received.”
Interestingly, this error only disappears when I deactivate the Phlox Core Elements plugin.
Currently, I am using the latest version of WordPress (6.2.2), the theme (5.14), and the plugins.
I have tried contacting your support through your platform, but I am unable to submit the ticket form because it indicates that my email is not confirmed. However, I have not received any email to confirm my email address, and it is not in my spam folder. Additionally, when I try to verify my details in the profile section, it gets stuck and only displays an error message saying “Error message. Hi. Phlox theme is RTL compatible and support all languages but please note that because of the nature of Elementor-built websites, the ready-to-use demos do not convert to RTL automatically. You can start with a basic theme installation and develop your RTL website without any problems. But If you want to use our templates then you need to do it by yourself and you need to have the knowledge to do that

Before buy, can you confirm that for each demo you only find on the content page:
- a homepage
- a page with a few service blocks—> no single page for a service
- a “about” page
It seems very light compared to all the design work and therefore difficult to exploit in the state so maybe I miss something?
For example in the footer of each demo there are many inspiring links but they do not refer to pages.
If this is the case, is it possible to pay for the deployment of new pages by using the design of a particular demo?

I need to use different logos for headers and footers. How do i achieve this and also the logo is blurry at the recommended size of 150*150px. When I upload HD logo it takes all the screen no matter what I put in the size with field under the Site Identity settings
