Quisiera decirle que acabo de comprar el tema Phlox Pro – Elementor MultiPurpose WordPress Theme. El problema es que se duplicó la compra y se compró 2 veces.
Le pido por favor, si es posible reembolsar un tema de los que compré. Me encantó el tema y por eso realicé la compra para tenerlo en mi sitio web, pero lamentablemente se ha duplicado los articulos. Favor de comentarme. Muchas gracias y que tenga un gran día.

I got the latest updated theme from a friend, installed and with WP I find this theme quite good, as an experienced web designer developer this theme wins some how, lacking lot of features, no dynamic tag with their own widgets, the template system should be selectable in some widgets like testimonials with a preview, performance of woodmart is great but unloading of nonsense scripts / css should available in this theme as well, I am actually trying to shitft to gutenberg which is much faster but UI still fucked up, so I hope Phlox can kick some ass soon

I’ve been using the Timeline widget from the bundled Element Pack Pro on one of my websites, but after updating the plugin the widget was straight up removed from the page. I’m not entirely sure how things worked before since it’s been a while since I’ve updated, but it looks like all the widgets in the Pack have been categorized into ‘Free’ and ‘Pro’, with all the Pro widgets no longer working in Phlox.
Essentially it looks like the plugin is now just the free version of Element Pack. Averta needs to either actually provide the full Pro version or updated their packaged installer to reflect they are only offering the Free version. And if they are only offering the free version it’s better to download it elsewhere as Averta doesn’t even offer the latest version.
Also it’s really bad form to just straight up remove access to something I’m using with an update. Not sure who’s at fault here, Averta or the Element Pack people.
Hi. I can confirm that the latest version of the Phlox is completely compatible with the Element Pack Pro version 7.0.0 which is available to download via the Phlox exclusive dashboard and all the Pro widgets are also completely accessible. And about the remove access to something, It is totally related to Element pack author and we have contacted them and waiting for the reply. Since we do have extended license of Element pack which means our users are allowed to use Pro version with no money.

I inquire before purchasing - I have an existing website with a BuddyBoss template that I need for LearnDash digital courses and the website is also already built with a mailing system and promoted on Google. I don’t want to build a new site – but I do want to redesign the site with your templates. The question is whether it is possible to use with the page designs without changing the BuddyBoss template? Do the page designs and not templates also provide suitable designs for the home page? Course page? Because my website deals with tutorials and courses I really hope to get a positive answer. But I really liked your designs, I wanted to ask if technically I could build a new temporary domain and install your template there – design and write the page and then export the template to the existing website with Elementor. possible?
Hi. Thank you for your complements. In case of compatibility, Phlox theme is fine with latest version of WordPress and popular plugins and you shouldn’t have any issues about that. But for using the ready-to-use demo, we always recommend that the best case is using it on a clean website as a fresh install. If you have content and plugins with custom post type and so on then chances are that you will need to redesign or adjust a few things. I hope this helps and if you have any further questions feel free to ask. But since we do not know anything about your current site and plugins there we cannot promise that everything goes fine with the process you are willing to do
My plan is this – to build a new site on a temporary domain there to install the template – to design the pages – to write them and when they are ready to export the page as an Elementor template and import it to my site. Because it’s important to me when buying here to get high-level designs, I can’t at this point damage the plugins I have on the existing site. Hello, I have encountered an error while analyzing the SEO of my website using the Rank Math plugin. The error message I am receiving is as follows:
“API Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 15000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received.”
Interestingly, this error only disappears when I deactivate the Phlox Core Elements plugin.
Currently, I am using the latest version of WordPress (6.2.2), the theme (5.14), and the plugins.

However, I have not received any email to confirm my email address, and it is not in my spam folder. Additionally, when I try to verify my details in the profile section, it gets stuck and only displays an error message saying “Error message.
