Hello, When an instructor or administrator tries to create a course, a 404 page not found error appears.

Please make sure that you set the user account page under the MS LMS > LMS settings > LMS Pages section (you can use generate pages button, if there won’t be pages). After setting pages, please try to resave your site permalinks under the WordPress dashboard -> settings -> permalinks section (to post name) and save the changes. It should solve the issue with a 404 error page. If you will have difficulties, please contact our support site and our support managers will check this case in detail

Hello, I am using MasterStudy Pro theme. When an instructor start to create a course but don’t publish that time. It lost all the entries he entered and it doesn’t save in draft. As a result, instructors have to follow all the process again. Also, courses are not showing on instructor’s dashboard on front-end. It also don’t show edit course option to make changes in the course content after publishing

Is there any option to save the course as a draft and instructor can see his courses on his dashboard, they can also edit course after publishing??

If yes, then how and if not, so could you please add these features in your next update??

I have checked all the sections and pages, it is not showing in my website. Could you please let me know wjere can I find drafted course??

All the courses are located in the wp-admin > MS LMS > Courses section, drafted courses will be highlighted as drafted > http://joxi.ru/l2Z0QqRiV3lQxr

Plugins like WP Bakery page builder are not free in general. We have bought those paid plugins from our end and included them into our theme packages as external plugins and they are active from the theme side, so you can use those plugins without any restriction. All the updates we will include with the theme regular updates. So, the update of the plugins you will be able to get as soon as there will be the theme update

I don’t know what are the issues but it is not showing the drafted course from front-end. Also, when I update WP Bakery Page, it shows “Pre-package Updates Not Available”. I have also tried by re-installing theme and plugins.

The LMS Pro Plus plugin includes additional features like Email Rebranding and Google Meet, and all the new options and features will be included in the LMS Pro Plus plugin in the future.

The redirections issue usually comes from the wrong permalinks, currently, the index.php slug is an issue on your site. Try to resave your site permalinks under the WordPress dashboard -> settings -> permalinks section (to post name) and save the changes. It should solve the issue with a 404 error page. Please kindly make sure that you installed the theme with the latest version. After making sure that you are using the latest version of the theme, pelase make sure that you updated the theme pre-packed LMS plugins under the wp-admin > appearance > install plugins section

The LMS Pro Plus plugin includes additional features like Email Rebranding, and all the new options and features will be included in the LMS Pro Plus plugin in the future.

While the MasterStudy theme includes only the LMS Pro plugin and includes ready demo layouts and some additional plugins, it doesn’t include additional of the LMS Pro Plus plugin, as the LMS Pro Plus plugin can be purchased separately. The MasterStudy theme doesn’t come with the LMS Pro Plus plugin by default.

I translated the .po file of the Masterstudy plugin, I translated the .po file of the Masterstudy theme, finally I had to manually translate the account-dropdown.php file located in masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system/_core/stm-lms-templates/global/

It now works

Never have I seen such a malfunctioning and confusing theme…

Will we be able to revoke the access after? 2) Can we provide different packages of courses for users with 3-months membership? 3) What maximum number of users may be registered on the platform? 4) What maximum number of users can enrol the 1 course?

1. Unfortunately, there is no exact option in the theme by default. However, you can try to use the Course Manager by Admin option, where you can add or remove students at any time you wish by going to the Courses section from the admin area and by selected the needed course to be managed. 2. Yes, you can set courses based on courses categories and create different levels for different courses with the help of the Paid Membership plugin integration. 3-4. By default, there are no limits as there could be multiple users enrolled in the courses. All registered users on your site will be placed in your wp-admin > users section. The theme and LMS use the default users section for registered users
