I have updated to latest Avada and cleared cache, but the social network icons are not showing properly (they are showing a square symbols instead). What am I missing?

You can definitely start a blog with Avada, in terms of affiliate marketing all you need is additional link to the product, and you can use Avada layouts to set this up, an example of this can be seen here > https://avada.website/classic-shop/shop/accessories/print-sunglasses/
There is no additional plugin required for this other than WooCommerce which already works with Avada

Good evening, I am really interested in buying this licence but what I plan to do is a shop… if I have items on the website for sale is it possible to have a few colour choices of said product and it changes the photo live to the selected colour when the customer clicks it? I did have a browse through your docs but couldn’t find anything related to it

Good morning Anmar, thank you very much for the quick reply having taking a look at that website it didn’t quite show what I meant as when I clicked a color the photo didn’t change to the color it was just all the Color’s in one photo… it also didn’t show the highlighted color I clicked on the different Color selections but it did indeed show me the selected size by highlighting it in blue… have you got any more examples. I understand what you are looking for, it is indeed possible however our prebuilt websites are currently not setup that way, you should see the right variable photo when the specific variation is selected, this will require you to set the variation photo inside the product itself and it will work the same way

You can log into your My Avada support account, navigate to the “Licenses” tab and manage the sub-domain and top-level domain registration there > https://my.avada.com/licenses/
Click the unlink icon next to the domain type for the specific purchase code – https://d.pr/i/4UYWT6 – Once you have done this, you can log back into the backend of the site and register Avada.
Please make sure you have added your purchase codes within your My Avada account as explained here > https://avada.com/documentation/how-to-manage-your-avada-licenses/#toc_Add_New_License

My client’s website display’s the message that the purchase code must be used instead of the Envato token. The Avada license was purchased, and his website was built, by another developer who can no longer be contacted.
We have the full Token code, can the purchase code be retrieved using the token?

As theme developers we don’t have such an option. You can check with Envato/Theme forest support about the as they handle all licensing/purchase codes etc related issues.
Your purchase code is your proof of ownership. If you do not have access to it, I’d recommend getting in touch with the person who made the purchase for your website.
To find your purchase code: a) Access the downloads section of your ThemeForest account, https://themeforest.net/downloads b) Access your license via the download tab in the of your Avada item download button, Screenshot here → https://tinyurl.com/yegnoscv c) Each single purchase of Avada will have its own respective purchase code. One purchase code can be used to register a single Avada install.

Hello, I am not able to use the purchase code for my new website so would like you to please reset it or send me a new one please. Please find a detailed explanation below.
I purchased and used Avada for my initial draft website a couple of months ago. That website has since been deleted as I want to create a new one that sits on a new domain and with a new provider.
The old domain that I used the purchase code on was with Go Daddy and they are not able to help as the website has been deleted.
I now have a new domain with 34.sp and want to create a new website with them and want to use the purchase code for Avada but I get a message saying it is being used on another domain. As that other domain is not active and not being used can you please re-set it so that I can use it on my new and only website?

This will require you to look for a 3rd party plugin that can add those functionalities in regards to sponsors and creators, probably a membership plugin by default will be required that has all those features.
Regarding the upload of audio and video files, this is definitely doable with Avada using our elements.

It is common practice that template developers respect GDPR only in theory. For example fonts.googleapis* is called even if a user gives no consent to that.
Is it possible with Avada to totally remove Google fonts, effectively manage 3rd party scripts and cookies?
*just an example: German court fined a website owner as fonts.googleapis discloses a users’ IP addresses to Google.

You can choose to load Google Fonts Locally from your server rather than Google’s CDN by going under Avada Options -> Privacy.
Avada itself is fully GDPR compliant but it is up to the users to ensure their 3rd party modules/services/embeds are adjusted accordingly.

We do not recommend installing a complete prebuilt website on an already built website, that is because importing a prebuilt website also comes with its own set of Global Options and pages that will replace your current site, the complete prebuilt website should always be imported on blank canvas.
