Hi, I want to purchase the Jupiter x3. I have a couple of questions before I go ahead and buy the theme. 1. Does your new builder have all feature of Elementor plugin 2. Does Elementor plugin work with the X3 2. Is it possible to go back to Jupiter X2 Please advice, Thanks

1. Yes, it offers all the features of Elementor Pro; it’s a complete replacement.

2. JupiterX v2 or v3 is built around the Elementor plugin, making it compatible with Elementor, Elementor Pro, and the majority of its popular addons.

3. You do not need to go back to V2 as the new version is not a standalone package but a newer update with many new features and improvements.

Unfortunately, auto-login is currently not supported. I will add this as a new feature request. In future updates, you will see an option to enable auto-login. However, for now, you can simply redirect customers to the login page until we provide this feature.

Hey, I’m using Woocommerce Version 7.9.0 & JupiterX 3.3.5 – When adding a product to card, the card is still empty and product is not added to the cart. I did no change in any file but noticed that the cart.php template is outdated in the theme override. I copied pasted the last version of the car.php from woocommerce plugging but I does not fix the issue.

Any idea how to fix ?

Got the exact same issue now with JupiterX 4.2 Woo 8.7 – none of variable product are added to the card anymore.

However, if you add submenus in the advanced tab, there are settings available to enable tab opening on hover and click. Additionally, you can customize the tabs to be displayed horizontally or vertically. Hi ! I understand what you mean :) but it remains a two levels solution. For example, take this shopify website. https://www.ohmycream.com/ under the shop menu item, you can see that in all, we have a 3 levels mega menu. It’s not rare. And not only for e-commerce. And jetmenu, advanced tabs or older mega menu and jupiter don’t allow this. I also already sent a request on the support forum. But access are asked. And i can’t give theme (security Ip address protocol…). I’m searching a solution, not help directly on website. I have tested all solution with jupiter x and now know that it’s not possible. I Guess :(

Is it totally necessary to have to use Elementor? I have 3 licenses and I would like to be able to use JupiterX without Elementor, with other alternatives Elementor is too compromised, and it forces you to subscriptions that seem too abusive to me and I would like to use Jupiter X without having to use Elementor.

Can anyone tell me what might be the problem with my Jupiter X theme? Because after using it for 2 years, the Control Panel of the theme stopped working and if you open it, it’s just showing empty window. Also if you click on Customize, you won’t see Jupiter X menu, it’s just simple WP menu. Wordpress is asking me to Update Jupiter X Core plugin, but after I did it, my whole website went down – there was a critical error. Thankfully I had backup files and could restore it. Anyways it’s very sad that I’m not able to use my Jupiter X Control Panel anymore, is there are way to fix this?

Hi, I don’t think we need to renew support if the problem is common for everybody, but you definitely have a problem with the Raven plugin (not updated since September 2020) and Jupiter_Core updated just few weeks ago, and it’s breaking websites with Fatal Error messages, I think it’s inadmissible to send updates without checking them, some of us have clients using your theme, I think your service quality has decreased lately. Please fix this issue because from what I see, a lot of your theme users are complaining and you’re not even answering, this is not helping your reputation. Best Regards.

You need to deactivate and remove the Raven plugin as it is no longer is use. Back in 2020, it merged with Jupiter X Core. Please completely remove Raven from your website and only keep Jupiter X Core plugin updated. (The latest version is 3.3)
