After updating Grand Restaurant theme to the latest version 6.7.9 on my website, the elements “IMAGES FOUR BLOCKS” and “IMAGE FIXED WIDTH” don’t appear anymore on the front-end of my website. Actually my mouse pointer seems to open the images in background but they appear as white. I haven’t extended my support so I am not able to open a ticket. But I think that after all theme updates, things should work as before right? Waiting for your further advice on the above issue.

It’s look like there is a problem with all the Grand Restaurant Theme Elements for Elementor​.

All my content that used an element of your theme elements for elementor have disappeared from my page, and I don’t see them in the elementor edit page.

I’m having trouble with the installation of the plugins.

How can I resolve this?

Theme is good but i didnt find any slider on the Home page in your demo. Just one demo has Video in it. Rest all have Static Image as Slider. Is it possible to have slider on Home ?

Hello team, my license got expired one month ago, but can you please help me with a small tech support.

I develop website on chrome, but its not reflecting and website seems broken. Whereas it works well only on incognito chrome mode. Even on other browsers, website seems broken and changes are not showing properly.

Note: While editing on elementor also, website is proper and not broken. I cleared cache, did uninstalled and installed plugins and no conflicts.

Please open Elementor > Settings > Advanced > CSS Print Method and change to “Internal Embedding”.

You can also try to simply clear your browser’s cache, use a different browser, or view in an incognito browser. If this doesn’t help, then follow these steps:

1. Go to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS and click the Regenerate Files button.

2. Update your page. You may need to make a small change to enable the Update button.

3. Clear all cache including server cache if it exists, any WordPress caching plugins you are using, and your own browser cache. You can also try checking in another browser, or in an incognito browser.
