Thanks for reaching out to us. Do you meant the menu at footer? Firstly, you need to add the footer menu to the footer main. Then you can assign a menu to the Footer Menu location in Appearance > Menus.

You can enable that mobile bottom menu in Appearance > Customize > Mobile > Bottom Bar.
This feature was introduced in Konte v2.3.0, so you should ensure your theme is updated to use this feature.

Is there anyway for the product images to show the variations images before selecting? For example when you have a product that comes in different colors only one main product image shows, so when user is looking through products they don’t know that there is other colors offered unless they click the product and go to product page. Is there a way for the other images to show the different color options when viewing overall product images on a page?

Unfortunately, at this time, the theme has no option show other options of the product on catalog pages. We’re contacting the developer of the variation swatches plugin. They are working on the Pro version of that plugin and will support showing variations on the catalog pages. You can follow the plugin page to receive the update.

I have a quick question about customization. Is there a way to change the mobile button “Account” icon and text to something customizable when a user isn’t signed in, like “Login/Register”? Also, once a user signs in, can we replace “Account” with their first name or nickname automatically?

I’m still missing some menu items from the customise menu (Appearance). I used to have these. This is what I have today:

Oh, we got your problem. Looks like you deactivated the plugin Kirki Toolkit. It is a required plugin of this theme. The theme uses it to add theme options to the Customizer.
You can go to Appearance > Install Plugins to install and activate required plugins.
In the new feature you added on the mobile, bottom sticky menu, When you are in a single product and scrolling down the sticky product bar is hiding behind the sticky menu.

Unfortunately, the theme currently doesn’t offer a solution to replace the “dropdown option” for changing quantity in the mini cart with a form that includes the +/- quantity buttons, similar to how it’s displayed on the cart page.
fyi: I encountered an issue when setting up the background for the header and footer. I wanted both to be transparent, but when I change this, the footer goes up and the page content is superimposed on the header. When I change the background to white, everything is fine.

- About the header: it is the purpose of “Transparent header”. Imagine you have a slider on top and want to display the header over the slider, the transparent header helps you achieve that. Please check this example for better understanding:

You can do that by select the custom background color for the header, don’t use “transparent” in this case. You can set the background color of the header to be the same as the body.
- About the footer, it should stick at the bottom. Perhaps there is a CSS conflict on your website that causes this issue. However, looks like you are trying to set the footer background to be the same as body, but not transparent. Please try to set the background color of the footer as “Custom” then pick the color for it.

Thank you for your reply. I understand better now. I will check this css conflict. Regarding the background on the page, it’s not a solid colour but an animated gradient and the colours are gently changing, This is why I want transparency. Do you have any advice for this?
Yes, it is possible. On your add an empty spacing element to the top of your page, so the page content won’t be pushed up if the header background is transparent.

Yes, you can assign the portfolio page as the home page. But please keep in mind that this theme is not design for portfolio websites. Thus there are limited feature for portfolio functions. You should consider that too.

I am unable to change the layout of Menu in mobile view. There are no settings that allows us to change the mobile menu.
If the submenu is without sub-header, then the particular column stops showing in mobile menu.
Even in the demo theme the last 2nd column under elements sub-menu is not visible in mobile menu.
Please, provide a solution where I can edit the layout in mobile menu.

Actually, we don’t really understand your question. On our demo, the mobile menu is showing everything correctly.

If I am selecting Font-weight: 500 under Customize -> Typography -> Product catalog -> Page Header tile. The system still applies 400 weight.
Apart from 500 all other font-weight options are working. Why it is like that?

Thanks for your sharing. Our developer has tested and found it is a problem with the typography setting of the theme. At this moment, you can use this CSS to change the font weight to 500.

BTW, we notice the theme templates have been modified. It may cause theme settings don’t work as expected. And you will lose your modifications once you update the theme.

https://prnt.sc/GmJBQUDN3QR1Looks like the font files are missing. You can refresh the font cache to fix this issue. From the admin dashboard, you can navigate to Settings > Kirki and click on the “Clear Cache” button to run the tool.

1 month ago I let you know about the compatibility problem of Soo Wishlist plugin with HPOS, and it still hasn’t been fixed, I use about 50 plugins and Soo Wishlist is the only one that hasn’t been updated yet, can you please make it compatible? Otherwise Woocommerce detects it and doesn’t let you use the new HPOS functionality. If I’m not mistaken, you just need to add the compatibility code.

The Pinterest icon is supported in this theme. You just need to enter your Pinterest URL to the social menu, the Pinterest icon will be applied automatically. However, you need to use the global domain of Pinterest which is pinterest.com, other domains are not supported.
