Hi, How can i switch between version of the demo content. I tried rerunning the setup, skipping everything other than choosing a new demo and then content, but nothing seems to have changed ?
The best way is to reset the install and start over if you want a different demo. Is that too late for you to start over?
Pre purchase. Hi, going through one of your demos I notice on the “price break down” page, once youve confirmed booking, that it lists everynight booked. Can this be condensed so it only shows the range of dates rather than list each and every night? We have long stays so would make that page very untidy

Hello Niko! There is a two way sync to ensure no double bookings. Yes, this works great with any ical / ics calendar. I know that Airbnb, Booking.com supports this

No. I mean can we code our own. Are there hooks that allow us to replace the booking form? This client uses a payment processor called LynnBrook Group through a property management system run by Streamline VRS. We need something that will send the booking data (start date, end date, property id, occupants, credit card, name, email, etc.) to Streamline and then display success or fail to the client depending on what JSON Streamline sends back.
What about using a form plugin like Formidable or Gravity?
We could use Gravity with no problem. But I may be wasting your time. Your rental demos all look like single property demos and this client has 56 homes that she rents out.
You can use for as many properties as you wish. It all depends on how you wish to display them. We have really nice property listing widgets and grids.

The emails to customer have a different Reservation ID (it is the reservation from woocommerce) and not the real booking ID for Hotel booking plugin. How can I change the emails to contain the booking ID???

When the administrator receives a booking email from the website and he wants to write back to the customer he can’t use the “reply” button since the email sender is the administrator himself! He must manually copy and paste customer’s email address. Is there a way to change the “reply-to” value?

I installed SMTP Mailer and I understood out what you meant. With that plugin I can set the “reply-to” value for all outgoing emails but it’s the same address for all the emails. I need to make a distintion between emails sent to the administrator (new booking notification) and emails sent to the customer (all kind of notification). In this moment all emails have admin address as “reply-to” and when the administrator wants to reply to a new booking email he must copy and paste customer email address in the recipient field. it would be preferable if the recipient was already set up with the customer’s address.

Hi,
The sticky header was copied and translated with WPML, but it does not appear in English. It will be displayed in the original language instead. If I inspect the source code, it appears that there is no separate ID for the English sticky header. We connected the 2 headers in WPML, but it still does not appear.

There’s been a “critical error on this website” while trying to edit a page with Elementor today.
Once I’ve cleared the cache the entire wp-admin had a critical error and after troubleshooting and starting a ticket with my hosting, we have discovered that Groovy Menu is causing the issue.
Enabled = critical error on wp-admin (frontend ok) Disabled = no error on wp-admin BUT no menu on frontend
This is rather CRITICAL and I am not prepared to renew my support because of this.
How can this be resolved ASAP?

Yes, I use it and it’s been working fine all along. Switching to theme’s default menu would need adjustments, in which case I’d probably spend time creating an Elementor header, but I’d prefer to be able to continue using Groovy Menu as it’s all setup.
Theme and plugin all on the latest version. Since the plugin is bundled, it might pay off for you guys to report and deal with Groovy Menu team since you probably have a deal/purchase code?

If I install any of the extra plugins it crashes the whole site, groovy menu, booked etc – is this normal.
At the moment this template is a mess – even the support pages are incomplete.

Have you reached out to to our support team? There are no known issues / errors.
Warnings won’t prevent general usage and they can be silenced by turning off wb debug.
If there warnings they will be fixed with the next update 
When’s the next update due? It’s been a week now if going round in circles with your support. The demo template is not working – there’s rogue images and a double menus – why does the menu switch to another menu when it becomes sticky, this is not needed??
