Hello, great theme. Is the theme able to determine rooms that are available and not. Lets say I have 2 condos which are all booked, and someone is trying to book the condo, will the theme be able to tell if its not available on specific date?

Yes, the theme will check the availability and return a warning message if the room is fully booked on specific dates.

Hi team, One quick question is it possible to remove facilities? like to delete them ? I have unticked from room settings but for some reason it still appears and plus for some rooms only not all so I am a bit confused, as I don’t need this feature I am ok to delete it.

Hi, For seasoning Price. Is it possible to add price for each room mannualy? Now, the price is set by Price rule. But for example, My room A the normal price is $100 and I want to set the New year price $130. It should be better if I can set only to the specific room with amount of money than only %.

By the way, according to the functions provided by this plugin, if you use this plugin, you need to use the functions provided by this plugin to create rooms, display room details, display room lists, search bars, booking forms, etc. The styling of these elements will be controlled by the plugin, not the theme. The styling, layout and related options provided by the theme for these elements will not work.

3. Currently the theme does not have this feature. But the good news is that this is already on our to do list.
4. There are such plugins on the market, but they only work with WooCommerce built-in “Products”. Since the rooms in this theme are not the WooCommerce built-in “Products”, I’m afraid that this kind of plugin can’t work on the rooms.

1. You can find “Checkout” in the top navigation of any of our demo sites, please refer to this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/SgZmT1 . You can click on this menu item to view the checkout page, but please book any room first to make sure the cart is not empty, otherwise the checkout page will be empty as well.
2. You can book a room in any of our demos and then checkout without real payment. After completing the entire checkout process, an email similar to this will be sent to the email address you entered during checkout.

Downloaded theme to wordpress but when it populated none of the layout characteristics, photos, copy populated in my website. no photos or anything.

1 – If you are referring to display a calendar on the single room introduction page, which can show whether the room is still available for booking each day, sorry, the theme does not provide this feature yet. But the good news is that this feature is already planned to be added in a recent update.
2 – When the guest books a room and submits the order, the website owner will receive a “New Order” email, and the guest will receive a “Thank you for your order” email. At this time, the order may be unpaid. And the email received by the guest will contain a message similar to this: “Thanks for your order. It’s on-hold until we confirm that payment has been received.”

Yes, a simple “thank you” is an easy response. But I need to discuss and confirm with the development team before answering your questions. So it takes longer.
For the booking system: The booking system is our own, and features like the booking form are integrated into the theme. We then use WooCommerce for features like payment gateways and order management.
For the page loading time: As you probably already know, the performance of the website is determined by the collaboration of multiple factors. We have not taken any performance optimization measures on the demo sites, such as using caching plugins, performance optimization plugins, using CDN, etc., but the speed of accessing the demo sites from our side is still satisfactory to us. When users build a real website by using this theme, after taking the website performance optimization measures including but not limited to those mentioned above, the speed of the website will be improved even more.

Thank you for deleting my comments Your booking system is surprisingly well built, however the system lacks a lot. Minimum and maximum stay, export calendars…etc. Any updates you plan to do so it really can be used for a hotel? And since the check-out goes to Woocommerce I assume the bookings would be found in there, are they?
