Hello! We are looking to buy you theme for our new hotel website. Couple questions regarding functionality.
1) We already have online booking module for the hotel and we want to use with Cozystay theme. Our online booking module is not WP plugin – it is external system. We will embed their widgets to the theme. Are there any restrictions or things we must consider when doing such changes in the theme?
2) Our hotel has 23 rooms that are categorized. Can we make room categories in the Cozystay? Any ideas how to better do this.

1) Generally speaking, as long as the external system you use provides widgets that can be embedded into other websites (such as your WordPress website), you can simply remove the theme’s built-in booking form from the single room page and add the external booking system’s widget (button or booking form) to the single room page.
2) Yes, you can use CozyStay’s “Room Type” feature to categorize rooms.

Presale Questions,
1. Do you allow manual booking, due to got both online and offline booking? 2. Do you allow allotment? Example I can set 20 rooms for offline booking, set another 30 rooms for 3rd party agent booking? 3. Also can set discount code, but only usable for certain date and certain room? 4. Since I have manual and 3rd party agent booking, can I set discount code specifically for them or selected group?
If some of the above not possible, you got solution on plugin or suggestion for it?

1) Currently the theme only supports online booking.
2) Sorry, this feature is not available in this theme.
3) Coupon is a built-in feature of WooCommerce. We can set the coupon expiry date. However, it is currently not possible to set the coupon to only apply to certain rooms.
4) Sorry, since this theme does not support manual booking and third-party agent booking, it is not possible to set discount codes specifically for them.
We cannot provide other solutions for the features you mentioned but are not provided in this theme. I will add these features to our feature request list and submit it to the development team. The development team may consider adding (some of) them in future updates. But I cannot guarantee right now which features will be added or when. This will be decided by the development team after research and discussion. Thanks.

Why is the French language broken on the site? I mean, when I press the button to change the language to French, it does not work for me.

1) Yes, you can add the Arabic language to your site when using CozyStay.
2) If you are referring to the “French” link in our demo: that is just a design example, we do not have any multilingual plugin installed on our demo site.

Hi, i have few pre buy questions about the Theme, How the booking managment is looking in back end? Do you use a calendar system where i can see all dates with booking? Will be there live search availability that shows in search if date is fully booked for all rooms? Can you add specific date for additional pricing, for example christmast and new year eve?

2) If you are referring to viewing the booking status of all rooms on all dates in the same calendar, sorry, the theme does not have this feature.
3) When searching for a room, the page redirects to the search results page. If there are no rooms matching the search criteria (selected dates, number of guests, number of rooms), the website visitor will be informed that there are no rooms matching the current search criteria.
4) Yes, you can set a special price for selected special dates that is different from the regular base price.

Presales Questions 1) Do you have any theme that has a slider in the banner area? 2) Can the theme be installed on servers that support only PHP 8.1 and higher version? 3) I want to make this a multilanguage website, and I intend to subscribe to the WPML Multilingual CMS plan. 1) Yes, the theme provides the feature to add sliders in banner area. Alternatively you can use third-party slider plugins.
2) As long as it’s a PHP version that’s compatible with the latest WordPress core, there should be no issue.
3) Yes, the theme is compatible with WPML. You may like to check out the theme’s documentation for more details: Bilingual / Multilingual – WPML .

Hello, great theme. Is the theme able to determine rooms that are available and not. Lets say I have 2 condos which are all booked, and someone is trying to book the condo, will the theme be able to tell if its not available on specific date?

But for example, My room A the normal price is $100 and I want to set the New year price $130. It should be better if I can set only to the specific room with amount of money than only %.

By the way, according to the functions provided by this plugin, if you use this plugin, you need to use the functions provided by this plugin to create rooms, display room details, display room lists, search bars, booking forms, etc. The styling of these elements will be controlled by the plugin, not the theme. The styling, layout and related options provided by the theme for these elements will not work.

4. There are such plugins on the market, but they only work with WooCommerce built-in “Products”. Since the rooms in this theme are not the WooCommerce built-in “Products”, I’m afraid that this kind of plugin can’t work on the rooms.

1. You can find “Checkout” in the top navigation of any of our demo sites, please refer to this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/SgZmT1 . You can click on this menu item to view the checkout page, but please book any room first to make sure the cart is not empty, otherwise the checkout page will be empty as well.
2. You can book a room in any of our demos and then checkout without real payment. After completing the entire checkout process, an email similar to this will be sent to the email address you entered during checkout.
