You need to set the override on the posts archive page so it displays the sidebar – Edit the post archive page in the bold builder’s backend editor and add Global override Sidebar > Right (bottom of the screen, Settings Section)

Than you can manage the content of your sidebar on Appearance > Widgets screen.

When you visit your site using https://www.tattoopood.eu/ and when you take a look at the browser’s dev-tools console you will notice that the icon fonts are being loaded via https://tattoopood.eu and that the request comes from https://www.tattoopood.eu which creates a CORS policy issue and prevents fonts from being loaded.

In addition to that, when you visit the site using https://tattoopood.eu/ everything is ok

This means that site url settings in your WP are https://tattoopood.eu – which in turns creates the problem when using https://www.tattoopood.eu/.

You should consult your hosting and check what should be done in regards to CORS policy issues on your hosting when using https://www.tattoopood.eu/.

Our suggestion is redirecting all traffic from https://www.tattoopood.eu/ to https://tattoopood.eu/ but they might have a better solution…

Specifically, we have implemented the Yoast plugin on our homepage, and we are following the recommendations provided in the Yoast section of the page editor (Pages – Edit). According to Yoast, the following elements should be addressed:

Outbound Links: The plugin indicates that there are no outbound links on the page, suggesting the addition of some. Internal Links: It notes the absence of internal links in the text, recommending the addition of a few. Key Phrase in Introduction: The plugin observes that our key phrase or its synonyms do not appear in the first paragraph, advising us to ensure the text’s theme is clear from the outset. Key Phrase Density: It reports that the key phrase was found 0 times, which is less than the recommended minimum of 4 occurrences for a text of this length, prompting us to focus on our key phrase. Text Length: The plugin indicates that the text contains only 96 words, significantly below the recommended minimum of 300 words, and suggests adding more content. Despite having diligently addressed all these points, each item is still highlighted in red, implying that these issues need to be rectified. It appears that the Yoast plugin is not recognizing all the elements correctly within the “Bold Builder” page editor.

How can we use this theme for RTL? Do I need to install any plugin or does this theme admin panel have option to convert to RTL? Kindly advice.

All you need to do is set RTL based language in your WordPress settings.

If you imported one of our demos, you will have to change the layouts on your own by rearranging them accordingly (move the static page elements from left to right and vice versa. Menus, widgets and text alignment will change automatically once you switch to RTL based language).

The settings in the Appearance > Customize panel are global, meaning that they influence every page on the site by default. On the other hand, you have an option to override these settings on a per page basis. If you take a look at the bottom of the page edit form, you will notice the Override Global Setting part in Settings Section – here you can override global settings for every page.

You probably have a logo related override (and some other overrides) set on the home page and it caused the problem. Try removing logo related overrides on pages with issues.

Thank you very much for your response. Your theme is really great. But I’m facing a couple of issues while using it. I can’t translate the blog page’s posts into my native language because there hasn’t been an extension provided for configuring the theme. Also, there is “bold themes” with your name and logo at the bottom of all blog posts. These are the problems I’m experiencing for now. Is there a place where I can make general theme settings?

Please make sure that you are running the same version of the theme and DentiCare plugin – 1.3.1 – https://documentation.bold-themes.com/changelog/denticare-changelog.txt

Also, please make sure to purge the cache if you are using caching plugin or some other sort of server side cache.

Also, please clear the browser cache prior to testing – the issue, from your description is probably caused by JavaScript exceptions which can be caused by the old version of JavaScript libraries used in the theme.

If the issue persist, please send us the site url so we can take a closer look at it.

In order to place the widgets in the header aligned with the menu, you can place them in Heade Menu Widgets area on Appearance > Widgets. You can use Custom HTML widget to place your specific html code.

You haven’t added the class mycolumn to the columns where you want the border radius to be applied (first step in our explanation above)

Edit the page, and click edit on the desired column:

Than on custom tab add the class mycolumn to the Extra Class Name(s) field

We have tested the theme on several android devices / browsers and were not able to recreate the issue. Also, please note that the theme does not control the telephone mode in any way, so the issue is most likely caused by the specific device settings.

Related to the map, the JavaScript console returns the following info:

Related to the mobile logo – you have the following custom CSS added either in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS, on page related Custom CSS field or using some other third party plugin:

.btMenuVertical .mainHeader .btLogoArea {
    box-shadow: 0 100px #104099 inset;
}

This needs either to be removed or modified using media query so it is not active on mobile resolutions.

I have two equestion:

1. The Bold Timeline plugin is only basic version in the theme? 2. Is there any option to duplicate the timeline and work on duplicat rather then creating every new timeline from the begining?

Yes, timeline lite is available with the theme and it supports all features you can see on the theme demo. If you need additional functionality, on top of what is presented on the demo you need to license for the premium version of the Bold Timeline separately.

Sure, when you edit the specific timeline, you can copy the entire timeline element and paste it into the newly created timeline – this will copy all elements contained in the timeline form the initial one into the new one.
