Hello, Are you aware that your theme isn’t compatible with the latest update of Charitable? When you use the ambassadors plugin the signup form will create an endless loop where you are stuck in step 3 of the 4-step signup form. Switching to a default Wordpress theme solves the problem. This was tested on a fresh install with nothing more then LoveIcon theme, LoveIcon core plugin, Elementor and Charitable. Switching themes solves the problem. Charitable is looking into it, but have already told us that they are not responsible with problems caused by themes.

I get an error on the website. I think it’s due to the Charitable plugin, which I’ve tried updating without success.
Can I get the latest version of the plugin? or what could cause the error.

Please change the PHP version to 8.0, as the plugins have not yet been updated for the latest PHP version. You can download the most recent version of the plugin from this link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/charitable/. Thank you.

Charitable has build a custom campaign builder. Making it possible to build your own templates for campaigns. https://www.wpcharitable.com/features-main/donation-forms/
But regardless of the options you use with their campaign builder, the LoveIcon template is still used and all campaigns still look like the LoveIcon theme.
Will there be any support for the custom Charitable drag-n-drop campaign builder? Or will there be any other way to incorporate their campaign builder in the LoveIcon theme?
If the above is not possible, will there be a way to edit the looks of the Campaign-pages? We have been showing the same page for the last few years, and we strongly believe it would help if we could edit the looks ourselves, so we can give it a fresh look. Maybe some more Elementor-based support to customize the page?

Currently we dont have any plan to make the theme compatible with the campaign builder for now. We may add this feature in future. So for now please use elementor editor to change the campaign design.

Are you aware that its not possible with your theme to use Elementor to edit the Campaigns? The Post type is does not show up in Elementor and can’t be activated. So the sole only option available, is the design in your theme template.

Currently they are not changeable from the customization options so you have to change them from the code. However, if you want to buy it and give us some time we will add the option in the theme to change these tags.

My client’s support expired, so that’s not possible. But having H1 page titles is a must for SEO, and so I hope you can provide support anyways through email. Are you going to add the option to change the tags to theme for the next update? If so, when will that be released? Or did you mean you can add code to my client’s site to fix it now? Can you just provide the code snippet via email if I provide the purchase code?

If this doesn’t work then you can always use elementor editor. Activate all the post type available from the elementor settings https://i.imgur.com/o0DcOPy.png Then you will be able to change the posts from the elementor editor.
After activating the settings go to the campaign editor and edit the campagign using the elementor editor https://prnt.sc/lXzao1YiBgIo

It seems your site File manager or the upload folder of your site doesn’t have enough permission to store the images.
