Hello Author, getting blank google ads on AMP page. I am using Automattic AMP theme. I am not using Jnews AMP and I don’t want to use Jnews AMP theme. I have configured google ads in Automattic AMP and is working fine but Jnews ads also displaying blank space on AMP page. This is the problem. What is the solution for getting blank ads space on AMP page. Thanks

Hello Author, I have to insert the google AdSense ads after each paragraph on single post. There I have seen that, I can only insert ads after total 3 paragraph only. But I have to insert ads after every paragraph. How can I do this. Please help. Thanks .

sorry, unfortunately at this point we don’t have option to add the ads after every paragaraph on the article, at this point we have option to add the ads up to 6 ads on the article paragraph.

6 ads setup means 3 normal ad and 3 parallelX ads , isn’t It ?

Hello, I have been a jnews theme user for a long time and I am very satisfied. However, after moving my website from cyberpanel to cloudpanel, I could not install jnews plugins. When I try to install or delete the plugins produced by Jnews, it gives the error “Request is not valid ! please try to contact our support”.
I checked all file permissions, reset the theme licence, disabled all plugins and tried. Still no luck. My wordpress and theme version is up to date. I am using PHP 8.0. I checked the system status and there is no error.
Please help me overcome this problem.

I tried to update WPBakery Visual Composer to the new version 7.0. I do Clic on Update button and start to update but it never finish the action (it show finished but plugin is still last version). Any idea how to fix that, please??

we checked the mobile truncate button on our side and it still working properly, to troubleshoot this, please try to disable some plugin that not related to jnews for a while in your site to see if there are any plugin conflict, please also try to clear the cache in your site if you are using any caching plugin
unfortunately, at this point we the mobile truncate feature only available on mobile and tablet

That works only in single. Not on homepage, Archives, categories and others
we checked again our post date setting on the archive page and it still working, please make sure that your post that showing in the archive page has been modified, if it still not working please try to troubleshoot this by disabling some plugin that not related to jnews to see if there are any plugin conflict
