It seems like view count doesn’t update for custom post types. Is it a bug?

sorry, for the view counter at this point didn’t support custom post type, we will consider to add it to our feature request list, but we can’t promise when the view counter for custom post type will be implemented

I’m writing to voice my dissatisfaction with the refund for the new theme I ordered from your platform. As of today, I have not received the refund promised to me following the cancellation of my purchase.

Hello is it possible that there is maybe a bug ? everything worked fine the only thing i cant change the font options. In the Preview it shows me the new font, but when i reload the page or visit , the fonts didnt changed. Of course I saved the settings before but as i said it shows me only in the customation mode my new font settings , but it wont saved. It shows only still the standart fonts. I know there is no support here but just wondering if i m the only one ?

we checked the font option feature on our side and it still working, Regarding this thing please try to clear the cache on your site if you using any caching plugins, Please also try to disable some plugins that are not related to JNews for a while to see if there’s any plugin conflict

I’m interested in purchasing this theme, but I’d like to know if you provide a license code that is valid for just one domain. My intention is to buy the theme and use it on 2-3 of my websites. Is this acceptable?

thanks for you interest to our theme, 1 jnews license can be used for one domain, but it can also be used for wordpress multisite environment as long as the site have the same domain, form example id.jnews.io, us.jnews.io, uk.jnews.io, etc, but if you want to use it of different domain you need to consider to buy more license

Hello, i am installing the theme and i am at import demo & style, i am checking all the theme styles that are there but i wanted to ask can i use in every theme the paywall even tho the NEWS style does not have a paywall when i preview it or if i want to have a paywall in my website i have to chose the theme that already has a paywall when i preview it like NEWS PLUS for ex.

If you want to add more sidebars on the homepage, first please add a new widget area on WordPress dashboard > Appearance > widget > Add or Remove Widget Area

after you add the widget area, you can add elements to that widget area

and then edit the home page and find s Page Loop Options > Content Template > Page Loop Layout > Select Double Sidebar > and then select the widget area that you made for the second-page loop sidebar

After updating, I am facing an issue when posting article. I can’t pick a category, it s grey out and said “Activate”. When click on it, it takes me to JNews dashboard which already activate. All JNews plugins is grey out with a button that say activate.

Tons of bugs in this theme, related posts are not showing up, changes in post setting are not working and responding, disabled all plugins which is not related to Jnews are not working, even default post is not showing related posts or anything changing. Next post pop up shows up even if I disabled it. Avatar on single posts is not showing up. Lazy load keeps loading while I turned it off. No i am not going to your support page, I will not type it twice

JNews – Essential install always failure message you are offline. Sorry what is this ? Offline for what ? this theme is buggy specialy the single post template has Bugs !!!

related posts and the rest of the things I was talking about is working only when you have a clean wordpress install without any posts, otherwise it does not work. I had over 100 posts and none of them where working correctly, I created a new post and the new post was working. Old posts didn’t do anything. Same for the no internet connection, is showing on a wordpress install which has already setup and have some posts. New WP install and only this theme is than working ok.

Dear Author, We’ve wrote on support thread but not received any response from you. We’ve successfully installed and developed a blog website using Jnews theme but we’ve some plugin error showing in server error logs and 500 error on wp-admin due to same. forum id #130740. Pls help asap. we need to deploy on an urgent basis.
