I have the following requirements: - Landlords can offer their vacation apartment / vacation home for rent -Customers / tenants can book apartments through the platform -Calendar with occupancy schedule -Setting for landlords between direct booking or inquiry -Host Dashboard: overview of bookings / booking requests ; own apartments, and maybe incomes / fees -Hosts can register, but must be approved (fake check). -After approval, landlords can create vacation rentals themselves -The tenant must pay a service fee for a booking -The landlord must pay a commission fee for a booking. -Inquiries should run through the portal / dashboard, so that no secret, indirect, independent bookings take place, but the mediations can be tracked. -When a booking is made, the tenant should be invoiced directly with the service fee and offered the option to pay.

Is there a way to send people to a different page when clicking on “Book Now”? Client does not want to force people to log in to book and her booking goes through an API endpoint so she just needs to gather the renter’s details (name, address, phone, credit card info, etc) and send it to the API endpoint of her online property management system.

The theme has a redirect URL – but URL does not pick check in, check out or guests. Your description says the theme works with Elementor or WP Bakery, but if you do not install WP Bakery it shows “This theme recommends the following plugins: Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer and WPBakery Visual Composer.” – so does it work with Elementor Pro? Will functionality be reduced if we don’t use WP Bakery?

As far as hosting goes, we have heard from a reliable source cloudways would be a good hosting for wordpress, but we have not tested ourselves. They offer free trial though

hello i have minimum set to 5 nights that why this is happen. so on my pic you can see that the first 4 days are blocked.
Now if i click on the 8th then the blocked days open up.. this happen because the 3rd is already marked. i hope you understand?
so this happen only if the property is free from today date. so the today date is marked automatic so 5 nights is blocked off. for example users cant click on 5th date if they try today.

I do not know now why – it may be something from the calendar script – but we did not make any changes to this functonality. which means it has been always like this.
I do not know how I could help not select current date, it is not something i would be able to guide you on the spot. I do not even know if it is possible to do. I can only add to our list to check this as suggestion for a future theme update

Hi, I have a presales for a new client looking to use your template, is the following possible. They have looked at our current system and have a few questions before purchase.
1. Is it possible to have custom deposits for each listing, as some clients have different deposit requirements. 2. Is there a way to setup and advanced search were a person looking to book accommodation can search by area and then the search shows owner profiles, the problem is currently the search result returns all listings in an area, they are aiming to have hundreds of owner profiles and the search would be a nightmare with listing only.

Is there any way of adding any information about the payment to the Listing?, seems there are options on the listing how to configure certain price variations but there are not even one option/label to turn on and make it available as Pay Pal, Cash, CC etc, that part even on informational level is totally missing from the theme

I am not sure from your description if you expect each property – as owner adds it – to have information about how user can pay owner directly. That is not supported.

For Hourly Booking, the problem has been existing for over 3 years
If any content or prices are changed and saved, the Start time and End time change into 0 and 1 o’clock itself. This causes that no time period can be selected by customers unless you reset the Start time and End time at last step and save it. I reported this issue last year, but unfortunately it was not resolved at all. I really hope the author fix it in next update.

If you change a price and save it on your edit page, you will find the time change into 0 an 1’oclock on Frontend. Your video shows you change time and save it at last step, it is right, but it is wrong if you change other items like prices at last step. This bug was there for over 3 years.

Is elementor the requirement for proper functioning of this theme?
Hello. Thank you for the comment. You do not need Elementor. you can use bakery for shortcodes to create homepages. Widgets are different as elementor has more options, but we only have a few demos created with bakery (homepages created with bakery) .

seems like some pages are written in elementor, so elemntor is needed, your support says that elementor is not supported, so that contradicts what you saying
seems like you created webpages in elementor, but when installed elementor is breaking your setting and your support claiming that it is fault of elementor, sorry but that does not making any sense

Support mentioned alignment was broken by changes made in Elementor plugin settings. Those are not related to theme options – but they are usually set manually by clients when trying to change global design. The screenshot shared to you was to help you check the settings made, knowing we cannot know what the purpose of the edit made by you was.

Elementor as editor is a powerful tool. Changes made in Elementor Settings overcome any design from theme as well. You do not need to use Global Elementor Settings either.
The theme demos are created with Elementor, but the settings you changed are not needed.
If you wish to continue using Elementor, let us know what you need to change and we will guide you how until you make the modifications needed.

thank you, but I have not change or edit anything in element, simply installing elementor is breaking up the theme, I am still confuse about availability of pages designed in elementor since it is breaking the theme why are they available?, why dont you say and limit your pages to wpbakery since it is supposedly not causing so. many issues as elementor does, once again I have not change setting or edit any elementor setting, it is as it comes out of box installations with all the defaults

1) Is it possible for the customer to pay his reservation directly when booking? Payment via woocommerce payment method2) How is the seller payout? 1. Admin can put 100% deposit and he will get full payment for booking to be confirmed. Deposit value is set by Admin and applies to all bookings.
2. We do not have payout. If you allow other users to register and add properties, please keep in mind there is no functionality built in the theme to support payments from user to owner or from admin to owner. Only to site admin (who can also be the owner).
3. No, we have not made plans to create a hotel booking theme. But I appreciate the feedback and suggestion. I do not know if this will exists in the theme future.

seems like header in homepage elementor v1 variation is not done in elementor but in wp bakery, there is no way of editing it besides adding title and subtitle and search type, seems no control over text in search entries

Your Demo is broken (and perhaps your theme). If you go to https://paphos.wprentals.org/properties/funchal-bungalow/ and select a begin and end date and number of guests, it fails with a message that reads “Please select the number of guests” even though the number of guests is selected.

Thank you for the update! Is it possible to use an external API to get availability and pricing and to reserve a booking instead of using the built-in functions for those things? Client uses a property management service that keeps up with her bookings at several different sites (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) and exposes APIs that provide all of that information so that it doesn’t need to be added to the WordPress database or managed in two locations.
Hello Jim, I understand you need to sync prices from a 3rd party. As solution we have ical sync for calendar availability, but we do not have API support to sync other data.
