I like the theme, but I have a problem on my site. The Neuron Core (1.3) photo gallery is not displayed in newer versions of Elementor. Elementor 3.11.5 is the latest version in which the gallery is displayed correctly. I checked with each version (from the new one I rolled back to the previous version and stopped at the working version). I waited for a long time, thinking that with the new versions of Neuron Core and Elementor it would work, but it didn’t.

Is it possible to add a gallery proofing with this theme like your Capture theme? I would need to purchase a separate plugin to add a proofing page?

1) The theme is compatible with the PHP version 7.4 til the latest version 8.3.X
2) Unfortunately no, the Proofing gallery is a feature that was added only in the Captura theme as it’s an photography theme, we’re sorry for that.

We have two of our core plugins that we use in our themes, they’re Neuron Core and Neuron Builder plugins.
The Arkhitekton theme is built with the Neuron Core plugin, and the proofing gallery feature is added on the Neuron Builder plugin, so we can’t integrate the proofing feature in the Arkhitekton theme, as the Neuron Builder plugin doesn’t work with the Arkhitekton theme, you can search for a plugin that allows you to add proofing gallery and then use it with our theme.
We’re really sorry that you’ve missed the sale, we apologize if you found our replies late. We’re sorry but now the theme is not on sale anymore so you can’t purchase it at yesterday’s price.
We’ve other themes on sale now, and one has the proofing feature, so please go to our portfolio and search for the Floona theme.

All of the demo pages are editable with Elementor, including pages, portfolios, galleries, and shop pages.
Only the Shop Archive is not editable with Elementor, but all other Shop pages are, including Shop Grid, Shop Metro, etc…

Thanks for your quick reply! Just wan to make sure all images can be edited/replaced with elementor! I recently purchased a photography theme that is been a nightmare because all portfolios and galleries aren’t editable in Elementor… you can open with elemntor but the images are setup in wp or Gutemberg etc! So again wan to make sure once I edit a page with images in Elementor I can change them to my own media! Thanks again!

In the theme, there are three types of portfolios which you can select by going to Portfolio > Settings > Portfolio Item Settings > Type, so the types of portfolios are Side Portfolio, Vertical Portfolio, and Elementor Portfolio, in the Side and Vertical Portfolio, you can add photos to the portfolio by going to the Portfolio Item Gallery, but if you select the Elementor portfolio type, you can add anything on it, text, gallery, video, etc…, so in this case, if you want to edit an item fully with Elementor, you have to set its type to Elementor.
Don’t forget to go to Dashboard > Elementor > Settings and make sure that you’ve checked the box of the Portfolio at the post types.

I have one last question: Is it possible to setup any shop page with an image over? I mean, mouse over will reveal a second image since I want to use the shop to sell images and want to have the product with a frame as thumbnail and mouse over reveals the image only. Do I need Elementor pro for this?

Unfortunately, the theme doesn’t have the feature to show the product’s second image on hover.
In this case, some of our other themes have that feature, so you can take a look at our Archzilla theme which is a theme similar to Arkhitekton but that has that feature included.

Hi – we are having an issue with the Elementor plugin (version 3.15.3) – it is greyed out when editing. I have updated the theme to latest files (Arkhitekton Theme Version 1.3.1 Neuron Core Plugin 1.2.8 (I deleted neuron core plugin and reinstalled and got version 1.2.8)), all plugins are up to date, server requirements are all correct. I deactivated all plugins except elementor and brought each one in separately and the issue is with Elementor and Neuron Core plugin.
How can we solve this issue please.

Wordpress 6.2, Elementor Core 3.12 and Elementor Pro 3.12 updates are released. It gives a warning message that the Neuron Core is not compatible as it has only been tested till Elementor 3.4.2.
Please advise whether it is safe to update to Wordpress 6.2, Elementor Core 3.12 and Elementor Pro 3.12 after testing.

Am I correct, that there is no global setting for portfolio footer to assign Elementor footer Template?
I can assign on the portfolio items individually (one by one) but not to all items, there is no footer setting in the customizer for portfolio items.

You can assign one footer to the entire site by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Footer. If you want to set a different footer for a specific page, you should go to Page Settings > General > Footer.
And unfortunately, no theme option allows you to display a footer only for portfolio items.
