1. You can edit apartments and properties using Elementor after you enable it for these post types in Elementor > Settings.
2. Info added in “Apartment Info” tab as shown in screenshot will appear in this element.

This element is called “Property Image Map Gallery” and it utilizes Image Map Pro plugin which is included as a bundled plugin with the theme. With this plugin you can add your own images and map them.

Hi, I know that my support have expired, But I bougth and get stuck with client… I never noticed that after import I never being able to see apartment plans like https://hendon.qodeinteractive.com/fulham/ example. When editing the page I can change all categories and I allways get the message:
No posts were found for provided query parameters
Is this a easy fix? never made any changes there and I can’t realized how to se the plans.

Problem is, we bought the theme because of this feature and after import it simple does not work. The solution here is to delete and make a category, but it simple won’t fit like you show in the preview version. This is not our first buy from mikado and I allways got stuck with this kind of stuff.

The element shown in screenshot is intended to shown apartment details of the Property selected from the dropdown. Therefor it is necessary to select the Property which has apartments assigned to it as shown in screenshot and the info that should be displayed in the “Property Advanced Info” element should be added in the “Apartment Info” tab as shown in screenshot.
It could be that you are choosing a Property from the dropdown which doesn’t have apartments assigned to it.

Hi thank you a lot, with your last input we managed to make a work-around to our needs, only the SCHEDULE text in the button https://prnt.sc/LpVsgi93Td1c is not editable? We can’t use tickets since the support license has expired, and for this cases there is no way to submit one ticket with credentials to login. This is not quite best for your reviews, because like other cases instructions are not well documented.

To translate/change any label inside the theme or bundled plugin please try following instructions from this article – How To Use The Loco Translate Localization Plugin. If you cannot locate some label inside the theme please try adding translation for Hendon Core plugin or other bundled plugins and search for labels there.

Hi, I need to help ASAP with the bug which occurred last days in Hendon theme. It works fine last week but now it doesn’t work. For example Image Gallery, Property list and for example also Testimonials list doesnt load to the page. It seems it is there because missing space is displayed, also it is in DOM. But I can’t see it at the page. It doesnt work also at imported demo, all demo pages are broken.
I really need to fix it asap because website has to go to production very soon. I want to submit a ticket at your page, but I can’t submit a request because when I click on that button it redirects me all the time to help center!
It breaks update from version Qi Addons for Elementor 1.7.6 to 1.7.8!

This is due to the new Swiper Library update. This library hasn’t been updated in the theme yet. For now please update the plugin to 1.7.8, then navigate to Qi Addons for Elementor > Settings, and disable Swiper Library Upgrade option (please see screenshot).

Please note that the theme won’t be added to the “Supported Items” dropdown automatically after the purchase. It is necessary to submit a ticket for it first so the purchase code can be verified.
When you log in to our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Mikado) and then theme.

Please navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and check if you’ve updated all of the plugins listed there.
Also, new Widgets section which came with the newer versions of WordPress is a bit heavy on the server resources. This is the reason why you are seeing those errors. However note that those errors are not affecting your website in any way. You can simply close them and continue with making changes to your widgets. Or you can use Classic Widgets plugin which will revert Widgets section to it’s previous layout.

I didn’t purchase the theme, the original designer did, on behalf of the client, and it’s installed/in use on their website.
I’ve noticed the current version is v1.5.1 but we’re still using v1.2, and it’s not showing as any updates available.
I know on purchase you get access to future updates, so surely this applies to the client who commissioned the site, not only the designer/developer who purchased it (on their behalf)?

To access theme updates it is necessary to have the theme in the “Download” section of your ThemeForest account. You can try contacting the person who originally purchased the theme to send you the theme files and then update the theme via FTP method.
