Hello. I bought this theme more than 6 months ago. but at the time, it said that it would always have updates. Now I’m trying to install a new demo, by updating, downloading and installing everything, but only the old demos appear in the WordPress importer. When I download from themeforest, version 4 of KENTHA is not downloaded. – Can you help me? Thank you

Hello, the available demos depend on the chosen page editor, some are for Elementor and some for wpbakery. About the domain, of you change domain you need to purchase a new license, one license is for one public installation. Best regards

Deleting a previous installation doesn’t allow to make a new site with the same license… A license is like a movie ticket, finishing to see a movie doesn’t entitle to change room and see another… One license, one website… I’m sorry but that’s part of the deal otherwise prices would be different.

I do have one silly question that I can’t seem to find an answer to. How do I change the number of podcasts displayed within a podcast category for example

that’s a function for the archive page, doens’t affect categories. You should need to write a function to override the default queries, that’s a bit more comples. For this type of solution you should please contact our helpdesk which can write a small plugin for you to achieve the result.

Hi Sutrio and thanks for contacting us. The issue might very well exist because of ajax page loading.
Making a plugin work with ajax page load is complex and expensive and that’s why we try to offer a full solution that doesn’t need many external plugins to work and contains pretty much all you need for an average target user.
If there is a conflict I’d recommend trying to disable Ajax and see if this fixes, which will provide an important hint by confirming that the issue is with ajax page load and not other functionalities.
This will allow to apply some easy solution to the problem by excluding specific pages from ajax page loading (as we do for instance with the Woocommerce checkout pages) and make the plugin compatible with our theme.

Hey we are using a podcast host for our mp3 files but the host adds parameter tags at the end of the url like this

The original server that I had my website on is no longer working and I moved to another hosting provider. Because Kentha was registered on the previous host I am not able to install it on the new hosting provider. I am also not able to log into the old install as the instance is corrupted. Please let me know what to do to get a new Item Purchase Code?

PS the license is only linked to the domain, you can change hosting whenever you want but 1 license can be installed on 1 domain.
bixxmusic.com replaced bixxworld.com it is for the same artist. The domain is not in use and Kentha was fully working on bixxmusic.com all of this year before AWS server got corrupted. This will only be 1 domain for 1 install.
To recap, rodgmusic.com and bixxworld.com to be “unlinked” from Kentha as they are inactive. I would require to use this only on “bixxmusic.com” please confirm and thank you
Hello, we can allow a license reuse ONLY if you’re moving from a staging site to production. This, clearly, is not the case, so I’m sorry but we can’t allow this. You need to get a new license if you change domain.
In the alternative, just use the license on the same domain. Independently on the site server, installation, folder or plugins, the license is ONLY linked to a domain.
Even if you change hosting company you can bring along your domain, move it, or change DNS to point to the new hosting company.
1 license = 1 domain. Not 1 domain “at a time”... Is different, sory.

No, sorry, there isn’t such function, but you could for instance make a form using Contact Form 7, and manually enter the data in the website, which is way safer. Regards

Hello, I just made a test and your streaming provider doesn’t allow CORS access, which prevents the waveform animation:

This is only about the waveform, while for titles and audio, all works perfectly.

all colors can be customized, about the streaming working with the visualizer, there are hundreds out there but I don’t actually remember all names apart radio.co which is one of the best worldwide.

I’m setting up a music promotion site where I plan to feature songs by all types of different artists. I won’t have the ability to share an MP3, but have access to their music from places like Spotify, Bandcamp and YouTube Music.

If you want to first customise their theme on a staging URL, as long as you delete it first, you can migrate this onto their intended end domain. So same site, same license, just a live domain.
If you want to have a permanent test/staging site alongside their live site, for testing purposes, you will need 2 licenses.
So no problem to make the site and then move it. You can clone your staging site in the live location, and then delete the staging site, in order to move also the license.

I’m sorry but you can’t build a new website with the same license key.
A license can be used to create 1 end product. Each installation requires its own license code.
You have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Deactivating or deleting a previously used license doesn’t entitle the license to be reused for a new website.

Hi I have bought this theme 3 times and installed it on 3 different sites. Its an awesome theme but I do have a small bug in all 3 and even in your own demo. The social share buttons don’t sen the correct information to the social sites.Wrong size images. which is not a big deal but every time i make a new post I share it on my own social media via the site by clicking on the share buttons. Sometimes the twitter link when clicked it opens up the popup box with the link already inside but it just shows the link and no image. If i remove the end trail forward slash the it sometimes works. Any Idea what the issue is.
Hello and thanks for your feedback on this, actually os not a theme bug and we are aware of this in our demos. Simply, you need to use a plugin to manage this.
For instance, with All in One Seo (aioseo) you can specify the title, image and description of the shared link.
It would be incorrect if the theme manages this for you since there are much more professional plugins made for this same purpose.
Also Toast can help with this.
Once you install and set a plugin to manage the sharing meta data, for Facebook you will have to use the link debugger in order to scrape new information. Otherwise it will still use the cached data Facebook has stored.
We installed AIOSEO a long time ago. and this issue still happens. It only ever happens with twitter cards. We have been in touch with AIOSEO and the have investigated by looking in our admin area and code and all seem to be fine. It just refuses to work regularly for twitter.
An example of the randomness of whats happening is if it is showing the wrong card type then sometimes i add a forward slash at the end and it popsup.
In this case, we can try to help, but you need to extend the support and get in touch with our tech department. We can’t provide suppor if the service is inactive, I’m sorry.
QT: is the quality of the audio uploaded any way compressed or encoded/processed when playing it through QT player? will a .wav file still maintain it’s quality? I know that the mp3 demo and download files are mutually exclusive but will does the QT player in any way shape or form process/change the quality of the audio when a user presses play?

Hello, one license allows installation on one public domain. Disregarding the current theme usage, to make a new website you need a new license.
That’s not the case with other developers. I thought that the license covers a single website use not a single installation. So I paid for something I haven’t actually used just tested and now since the other website I’ve tested on is running on a different theme, what did I actually buy? If I have to pay again then I’ll check what other developers have similar themes that do not charge the installation but the actual use of their product. To be honest that’s a first. Disappointed!

Ok! Your theme is NOT being used anywhere else. It was installed on a single website, didn’t fit the project so it was UNINSTALLED. I never said that other developers let me use a single license for multiple websites but they give me the chance to RESET my license. So could you please explain how in my case I’ll be using your single website for more than one websites since the number of websites that the theme is being used at the moment is (0) ZERO. So from my end I paid for a single website license but I got ZERO license at my disposal. What justifies this? Thank you!

You are now trying to make a new, different website, vocalgallery.com
This CANNOT be done.
One license is to make ONE website.
If you cancel, delete, lose the website you need a NEW website.
It is not a “wildcard” license to make “unlimited “websites. http://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regularYou CAN make a NEW website on the domain “audiovat.com” which is linked to your license.
Nowhere is written that you can make unlimited different websites with the same license, and we were recently contacted by envato who, with multiple emails and links, explained us this concept.
I hope this is now clear. I’m sorry but we work for Envato and we can’t help customers evade the License rules.
An option to reset unused license is NO “wildcard” to make “unlimited” websites. Your theme WAS NOT USED TO CREATE audiovat and the new custom theme has nothing to do with yours.
Even based on Evanto’s terminology there is no end product in our case.

We should be able to unlink the theme from audiovat.com period, thus given the choice to reset the license for an actual single use we already paid but not using.
What choice did we have in order to try out your theme and see if it was suitable for the project besides purchasing it? And yes, other developers give these license choices and I feel are more righteous. Single use and zero use are two totally different things.
Long story short, your theme was not used for an End Product thus we should have been able to have our “Single Application” available.
Also I would appreciated if you don’t share any more information regarding the projects I’m working or I’ve worked on publicly.

It was still under construction so yes it was then a test website (not published) and now that it is, is not using your theme anyway! From my point of view you are more than able to reset the license if you choose and no rules will be bend nor evaded you just decided not to! Thanks!

Our log can only demonstrate the theme was installed and activated on the website on a certain date.
Being a public first level domain and folder, it can’t be considered a test website. If you can produce any documentation that it was never a public website we can consider it a test installation.

I have good news for you, we were able to find some snapshots of your website on webarchive and can confirm it was a staging installation and the site never went public using Kentha. The license was reissued.
