This theme is turning out be the most frustrating one for me, out of sudden the animated headlines and some other elements have disappeared. As per info in the comment section I have updated the theme to version 2.0.3 also, but the issue is not resolved, it however, created few other issues. Now when I am checking the “Updates tab” it asks me to activate the theme, the theme was already active before this update. Now when I am putting in the activation code, it shows them already active on another URL…this is the same url..when trying to click on activate on this url..it shows connection to Envato failed…kindly fix the issue and please dont ask me to pay for support renewal for some issue that is from your end.

Please update the theme. After we updated to Elementor plugin version 3.16.0, all Uicore widgets went missing from the Elementor editing panel. The widgets that aren’t working now include Post Grid, Highlighted Text, Post Content, The Title, Post Meta, Page Description, and Advanced Post Grid.

WHEN I IMPORT THE THEME I DIDNT HAVE TEXT WITH HIGHLIGHT, can you explain how we can make this ?

I recently transferred my UI core license from one subdomain to another subdomain, under the same domain name. The transfer for Vault/UIcore was successful in general, but the transfer for Element Pack Pro was not successful. The pro elements are locked.

I tried going to Theme Options and clicking Save, but it does not activate Element Pack Pro’s license.

The error message that Element Pack Pro is showing me is: [[ Sorry, Element Pack is not activated! Your host has been automatically blocked for anonymous call ]]

What should I do? This is urgent.

Hi, I purchased the theme months ago but couldn’t use it until now. I was trying to use the Element Pack Pro elements on the page builder and noticed they were locked. I tried deactivating the plugin on and off, but it didn’t work. Finally, I tried reinstalling the Vault theme, and now it says that the plugin can be activated, but it asks me for a purchase key code that I don’t have. I know my support expired, but I couldn’t even use the theme all this time.

Hi. When setting the Body Background (in Settings > General in the Vault theme settings) I get an error message (displayed on the Save button) when I try to add a background image. I’m also not able to fix this by adding a background image for the page in Elementor – it just won’t show it… Help? :-]
