What the hell have you doing with elementor update. All advanced post grid have deasaper. And it’s impossible to go back with my site. ???
Hello, Elementor 3.16.0 was released today, and the supported version for our theme is 3.15.3. Please use Elementor tools to rollback to this version until we release an update with the fix.
I have disabled elementor and uploaded an older version of this plugin. I have also import a backup of my database and my website still appear broken. How can I do now ? When are you able to release your update ?

Please update the theme. After we updated to Elementor plugin version 3.16.0, all Uicore widgets went missing from the Elementor editing panel. The widgets that aren’t working now include Post Grid, Highlighted Text, Post Content, The Title, Post Meta, Page Description, and Advanced Post Grid.

I recently transferred my UI core license from one subdomain to another subdomain, under the same domain name. The transfer for Vault/UIcore was successful in general, but the transfer for Element Pack Pro was not successful. The pro elements are locked.
I tried going to Theme Options and clicking Save, but it does not activate Element Pack Pro’s license.
The error message that Element Pack Pro is showing me is: [[ Sorry, Element Pack is not activated! Your host has been automatically blocked for anonymous call ]]
What should I do? This is urgent.

Hi, I purchased the theme months ago but couldn’t use it until now. I was trying to use the Element Pack Pro elements on the page builder and noticed they were locked. I tried deactivating the plugin on and off, but it didn’t work. Finally, I tried reinstalling the Vault theme, and now it says that the plugin can be activated, but it asks me for a purchase key code that I don’t have. I know my support expired, but I couldn’t even use the theme all this time.

Hi, you can achieve this functionality by using dedicated plugins that allow you to enable user registration and create content that can only be accessed by registered users. This will give you the ability to build a website with restricted access to specific content for registered users only. i saw, in one of your page that their in the login option, so i though that their is a functionality that allow user to register, with the registration page. After that i already found a pluggin that allow me to restricte content.
Those are just for demo purposes, to showcase the design capabilities. We haven’t included any register functionalities, since this is already developed by existing plugins.
Hi. When setting the Body Background (in Settings > General in the Vault theme settings) I get an error message (displayed on the Save button) when I try to add a background image. I’m also not able to fix this by adding a background image for the page in Elementor – it just won’t show it… Help? :-]

Hello, it should work for up to 5 levels. Updating the theme to the latest version should fix the issue.

1. Do I have to pay for the Elementor plugin separately, or is it already included with the theme?

Hello, if you used Template Library to import the page, it will only import the content, without the footer. To get the footer, go to Theme Builder, create a new footer item and use Template Library to import the needed template.
After importing Real estate theme I cant see homepage images and I get the following error, altho SERVER STATUS is all green. I would need some help.

Hi, “Revolution Slider” is listed in your design elements. I could not find it in the template and documentation. how do we use it?
Hello, the Revolution Slider widget for Elementor is used to manage your sliders in the page editor. To use Revolution Slider, you will need to purchase your own license, as it’s not included in the theme.
so why do you lie about it? in the description of your template Revolution slider is listed under this:
“With Vault, you have 200+ elements, allowing you to build virtually any layout you can imagine. All of them are available in Elementor page builder:”
Do you have something similar included in you template?
We are not lying about it, the widget is actually available. Keep in mind this is a list of all Elementor widgets, not the included plugins.
As alternatives, there are the various Slider and Slideshow widgets.

Moreover multilanguage support is problematic too. You recommend loco translate. Ok but how to add language switcher? did you try doing that?
The theme is also not “well documented”, it’s “somehow documented”, i’d call it poor. How do I return this theme?
There is no need to purchase anything extra. Again, those 200+ widgets are avalilable, and also include the Revolution Slider widget (not the plugin). We just listed all the widgets, with no intention of creating any confusion.
Loco Translate is a plugin used for translations, not multi-lingual websites. For that, you need Polylang or WPML, which also include language switchers.
The documentation includes all the necessary information, considering most of the features are self-explanatory, even for an inexperienced user.

If I want to insert a template (themebuilder or elementor templates) into a switch content (switch button), I can no longer edit the page via elementor. then I have to delete the template so that I can edit the page again
