Yes. Admin can set up a commission based on the membership package. Kindly be noted that the commission cannot change when partner already bought the package

I’m confused about group discounts for tours. Just found the question about it here “11) Do you have group pricing like 1-2 person ($100), 3-6 person ($70) etc – so when customer choose more than 3 person, it dynamically reflect on the total pricing (for this example: $210).” And you answer “No, Traveler does not support group pricing. Price is per person and counted from one person. Price for 3 guests = 3 x price per person” But in Documentation section I found this option. Can you explain how it works. My tour price per person depends on group size, so can i add % discount for different group size? Like 2 people – 0%, 3 people – 5%, 4 people – 7%, etc..
Also, is there any way to add affiliate program, so other people will have a chance to share a link and earn commission?

It is a bulk discount based on the number of guests. You can set a discount 0% for 2 guests, discount 5% for 3 guests, and 7% for 4 guests. Kindly note that the discount is the total value of the cart discount

1) I would need the option for seasonal pricing. There is always high and low season in tourism. Did you take care of this in price setting option?
2) I would need to have cruise tours listed, this means one tour with differently priced cabins which of course should all be displayed and bookable on one page. Is this also possible?
3) I need to collect a fee from vendors and from customers in the occation of a booking. Can I set this?
4) Is there an automatic payout to the vendor after my service fee is deducted from the order?

6 ) I am looking to buy this theme but I’m wondering. If you have to checkout through woocommerce then there is a price that the customer has to pay before reservation right? 29) We have one car (one resource) and the owner needs either to rent this car without driver and also use it for day tours (with driver) so we need to different booking forms. One form for car rental and on form for choosing tours. For the car rental we need option for minimum booking duration that will be different according to the season (e.g min 2 days for low season and min 4 days for high season). Also, the rental price will be different according to the rental duration (e.g for 2 days rental the price will be 50€ per day and for 4 days rental the price will be 40€ per day). Extra costs for pick up and drop off locations and extra costs according to the pickup and drop off hour. Each tour will have different cost and the cost will vary according to the number of the people that will participate in the tour. Also, the tour cost will vary according to the season. Also, there will be half day (4 – 5 hour tours) and full day tours (8 hour tours) so the availability of the car will depend from the chosen tour. Since we have one resource – one car when the car will be booked for a tour, we need this car not to be available for car rental and the opposite. When the car will be rented for 3 days then these days there will be no availability for tours. Can the theme cover our needs?
30) Is it possible with this theme to add specific hotels already listed on TravelPayout, write my own content and update only the calendar (ical) before booking a room ?
As an example I would like to add specific houses and hotels located in paris and display only them on my website. I know I can already do it if I create a new hotel and write all the information by myself but I’m worried about being able to update the booking calendar used for those hotels on multiple websites as Airbnb or HomeAway.
Otherwise, excellent work. I hope you guys are here to stay! I have had a couple of disappointments in the past.

Based on your requirements, kindly consider other themes. Traveler does not meet your needs
1. Not quite like that. Traveler are allowed to set specific prices for specific dates. For example, you have to set price A for every day in the first half of the year and then price B for the rest of the year
2. It is impossible. There is only one price type in one tour single-page
3. Yes. You can set a booking fee which will be charged to the customer. Partner pays the commission on every booking. Kindly note that the admin received the reservation payment. After deducting the commission, the admin transfers the rest manually to the partner
4. No, Traveler does not have any automatic payout. Admin has to transfer the rest manually to the partner
5. No, if you just want to fill out a form, just set inquiry mode. It’s not a booking mode
6. WooCommerce has Bank Transfer or Cash On Delivery. All these payments will set the reservation status to incomplete. Admin has to change the booking status manually to Complet when he receives the money
7. All reservations need to be checked out – no exceptions. On the checkout page, you can use the Bank Transfer method. The reservation will be created with the status Incomplete while you can note that the method is Pay Later. Therefore, the customer will not transfer anything but the reservation still made
All our demos show Bank Transfers in default. You can try to check on the demo data
7b. It is possible to set different memberships but kindly note that partners can in the one membership package only. For example, if partner A buys a package Car (100$), they cannot list the Rental. If they buy a Rental package, they cannot list the car. Vice versa
You have to create many many packages based on your requirement, for example, package Car, package Rental, package Hotel, package Tour, package Activity, package Car+ Rental, package hotel + tour… Such as package A, B, C, D, A+B, B+C, C+D, D+E, A+B+C, C+D+E….
Car services contain both Car rental and Car Transfer
8. No, Traveler does not support or have any plan for carpooling service

I am considering this theme but I am concerned about the map search functionality that is setup for instance in the Modmix demo that you have:
a) Everytime you move the map it refreshes the serach result, and while it is refreshing the user can no longer move the map. This is not how other websites nomally work. If you see booking.com or airbnb.com, or any other website with this functionality, the user should still be able to move the map while the search is refreshing. And when the user does move the search will just start again but considering the new location. If you block the map it is very difficult to use the functionality as the user has to wait about 3 seconds each time. I know that there is the button to not refresh every time, but that is just a poor woraround. Will you be fixing this issue in the future?
b) If I zoom in and out using the existing buttons and then keep moving the map, the icon buttons keep adding up. Everytime I move the map it show additinal buttons.
c) Lastly, when I search by “New York” for example I don’t just see listings from new york or with new york in the title, but also other listings. Can you please clarify how is the serach being done?

Unfortunately, Traveler does not support this function. After moving the map, the search results will refresh to show the new results acording to the new location.
Of course, while waiting the new results, moving map does not make any sense here. If you don’t want to see results of the new location, just don’t move map to it. And the refresh just take 2-3 seconds

Hi, Thank you for your answer. However, for point 1 you are missing the importance of being able to move the map while waiting for the results.
Being able to move the map while waiting for the result makes total sense. Because if I am checking CityA and now want to go check on CityB, then I will move the map. However to get to CityB I have to move the map a few times and I dont want to actually see the results for that. With your theme, the user will take ages to move the map from CityA to CityB. For example, if it would take 5 moves to get to CityB it means the user would take around 15 seconds just to do that. This is not user friendly, and you can imagine how annoying it is to wait 3 seconds every time I need to move just to get to CityB.
You mentioned that you have a button to enable/disable results refresh, but that is not how we expect it to behave now a days. Check any website that can be seen as a reference and that has maps search functionality and you will see that no one freezes the screen while loading the results. The user is always able to move the map.
But dont take my word for it. Check any real website with map search functionality:
a) zillow.com b) booking.com c) expedia.com d) houzez.co The list goes on but I guess you can understand what I mean from the above examples.
This is the standard behaviour in the industry, and not as you have developed.
Could you please suggest an improvement on this feature to the team?
I am only saying all of this because I am interested in buying this theme, but this feature is important for my use case.

There are some options you need to check to make the hotel appear on the front page:
– When you create the hotel, please set “Book before number of day” = 0. If this value > 0 (eg: 1 or 2), this hotel is available at the current date + 1 or 2 and unavailable at the current date. Therefore this hotel will not be shown on the frontpage
– The hotel must have an available room to book so you have to create at least one room and assign it to the hotel. The room has been set up as available in the “Availability” section, including the “Check-in/out” date & “Price”
– Also after updating the theme, you should go to Theme Settings > Sync Availability/Sync Price.

Unfortunately, Traveler does not support this function. Hotel and room are always related to each other. Room determines the hotel’s availability, which in turn affects the hotel’s visibility.
Besides, rooms are only listed on the hotel page and not on the search page or home page
Otherwise, you can use Rental services. Rental does not have Room service inside – only rental

Hi guys I created a website divided in 4 nation using locations: South Africa, Nambia, Botswana and Zimbabwe. Under each nation there are some locations like Cape Town under South Africa, Windhoek under Namibia etc. When I using the elementor widget list item service I can’t choose the nation and subplace created with locations, instead I need to create with the same name the category under the tour, but that it create a duplicate that is not good for SEO.

Unfortunately, List item serivce does not have location filter. If you would like to show item belongs to specific location, you can do it in 3 ways:
1. Input manually the specific name of tour
2. Use category filter as you have done
3. Use this element in location page (Location post type by Traveler). In the location page, List item serivce will show only tour which belong to this location. Eg https://modmixmap.travelerwp.com/st_location/united-states/california/
