Hi, some pre-sale questions: 1- Do I have the ability to add multiple variations for the product ex: products style - > size --> color

​Although my ticket requests have been expired already I kindly ask you to take a good look into my website and fix the appearance in chrome.​ It looks really terrible, nothing like in Safari or the print screens.

I have had a lot of problems with your theme since my purchase. I have bought several themes before and NEVER had any problems with it. I paid a good amount of money for your theme, a theme should not cause so many problems and this theme does not work according to your description.

Besides that, my homepage does not appear properly on mobile and browser: there is too much white space on the right side (only the homepage). I have had this issue before and submitted a ticket, you fixed it but it keeps coming back.

If you provide a good customer service you will help me with these problems.

please don’t push the responsibility towards envato market. you could’ve easily ask for an email to sort out the issues privately. besides that, not a single google search shows any contact information from you or your business. to make matters worse, you don’ even address any of the statements I have made in my forum messages regarding the issues in the theme.

We always update the item continuously to keep it working stably. There are many causes of errors (custom work, effects from third-party plugins…), so we need website information to find out. In addition, our technical team only provides support via forum support. Hope you understand and cooperate.

Good day, this theme is really well made, no issues till now and i am working with it since months. I have a – maybe simple but can’t find how to – question: my client would like to have the sticky menu (now appearing only on scroll-up / i know that is better but clients are always right sadly :P) appearing on scrolling down also. Is it achievable maybe with a little change in css o js files? can you please point me to the right file to work on? Thank you in advance, it would be really appreciated

I bought the theme over a year ago but I just discovered that if I want to hide a product with liveability the theme won’t let me. The product is shown even if I hide it, if I change the theme that product is no longer visible.

Hello, very nice theme full of possibilities. I have just one question that is turning me mad… it’s about the RETINA logo. Independently on how big or small i cut my logo, it always shows very blurry on MAC. Is there any options to solve this that i have missed maybe? or a workaround? Thank you in advance

You may be using an old version of the theme, please download the latest version and replace the outdated files.

Hello, i bought and installed the theme, all is fine .. until i realize that all the fonts in product pages, footer of product pages (single and archive) are not changing according with theme options. How can i make font change in those pages? they stay arial and lato, doesn’t matter what i try. Thank you, maybe you can just point me in the right place

I am facing two issues with the theme. First problem is that when i changed the name of the About us page the menu of the page(only in this page) dissapeared at first and then after tries it ended up on the left side instead of the middle. Second problem is when i changed the name of the Contact page the form dissapeared. How do i fix this issues?

However, Greek translation is not available, you will have to translate the theme into your language yourself. If you don’t want to use WPML, you can search for other free wordpress plugins.

We have checked and the filter is still working fine, we can only check when we have your website information. Alternatively, you can contact the developer of the WPML plugin, maybe they can help you.

filter is already working yes but wpml is showing wrong price when this filter is added in shop sidebar. I choose the main currency USD and another language and browse the site. Then when I enter the shop page, it is displayed in USD, no matter what language I am in. I’ve tested a lot and I don’t have such problems with other themes. and when I remove this Ajax filter widget from this location everything works fine and as it should.
