Hello, I am really interested in buying the Avada theme. Can you please tell me if I am able to use sections of different templates and create my own?

Also, is it compatible with Elementor or Elementor pro?

I will be hosting the website with Hostinger, does Avada support Hostinger and is it easy to upload?

Also, How can i know how fast the templates are and How can I see some of the portfolio templates before I decide to make a purchase.

Yes, you can import individual pages from different prebuilt sites if that’s what you’re referring to – and then modify/build on top of those as needed.

I’m afraid we haven’t officially tested Elementor with Avada though. We recommend you use our own built in visual builder / drag and drop builder (called Avada Builder) – as it offers similar drag and drop page building functionality with superb flexibility and design prowess:

As for hosting, you can use any good host that offers WordPress Hosting. We test Avada on a multitude of hosts and hosting plans to ensure it works great almost everywhere.

To check out our prebuilt sites, you can go to avada.com and click on the ‘prebuilts’ button on the right . It’ll show you all our prebuilt sites. You can also view them based on their category / type e.g. ‘corporate’ will show the business related prebuilt site etc → https://avada.com/prebuilt-websites/

OK. Apologies. Our browser add-ons, AdGuard and Ublock Origin, were blocking hubspot’s chat module. Perhaps something worth looking into because these add-ons have not blocked any other chat modules. Glad to hear you were able to narrow it down to Ad Block browser Addons. I’d recommend talking to your ad block list provider about this as they can make exceptions like these on a bigger scale.

hello, i have 6 purchase codes for the Avada theme. 2 of the website i have deleted and would want to reuse those licence codes now. how can i reset the purchase code? de-register thoose website? i can not find it… thanks

Yes it is, you should be perfectly file updating your WP version, please also make sure that you are on the latest version of Avada that is 7.11.2 at the time of writing this response.

Hello Avada I am getting an error in the structured data with syntax errors detected. Parsing error: Missing “}” or object member name. This is on line 346 {
Can you please check this out and fix it please. I am getting the error when going to the search console. Not too sure how detrimental this is for my site? Thank you ps i have a screen snapshot but cannot upload it here.

Hi guys!

To start with thank you so much for this great theme!

I found one issue which is maybe not big of a deal but still took some time to fix.

When you select slider fallback image, then this will show on mobile. But when you remove that image, the slider is not showing anymore and css has settings for disabling the slider.

Temporary fix: /* temporary fix for avada */ @media only screen and (max-width: 1000px) { #sliders-container { display: block!important; } }

why I am showing this message :

Your theme (Avada Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this: Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

That simply means you are using a child theme that is using outdated files for WooCommerce, you may have customised some of the default woo templates, switching to the parent Avada theme should remove that notification for you, also please get in touch with the person who worked on your child theme to get the child theme files updated.

Why do you need access to download all my purchased items to activate the theme and generate a token? wouldn’t verify purchases you’ve made suffice?

I am updating an old website and now my token key doesn’t work since it was switched to using the purchase code instead. I am also unable to update to the new 7.3 in order to use my purchase code instead. Now, my website is stuck on 7.2 and no longer registered. I need help asap, this is ridiculous.

I also do not have tech support since it has expired, but I should not have to purchase support for this issue. I purchased the product and because Avada changed how to register the product, I am not without the theme I paid for.

What you see is simply a portfolio post type and the reason you see it different on single post page is because we are using a custom single portfolio layout for each portfolio item there, also you should definitely get it imported as far as you have the required Avada Core plugin and Avada Builder plugin enabled during import and had selected the full import.

Hi. Recently i imported “bed and breakfast” prebuilt theme. full import. Then all working fine. But if i went to Avada Options page and just click “Save” (even without any change), all breaking. Prebuilt page style, fonts, header style, footer widgets etc, all breaking. If i uninstall and reinstall prebuilt, its fixing. But after i click “Save” in Avada Options, breaks again. Also, there is strange things happened after that issue. Widget setting is gone in Appearances. Before that issue, it was there. Thanks

Please see that you’re on the latest Avada version and if the issue persists, test without the child theme / disable all extra 3rd party plugins to see if one of those is causing this.

To enable Avada Builder for the Events Post type, please see that its checked/ticker under The Avada Builder Settings page. These settings are under the “Options” menu’s dropdown e.g. if you go to WP dashboard -> Avada -> Options page. Then hover over Options at the top, it’ll show a dropdown – from there you can go to the Builder Options as shown below:
