This is particularly targeted for instances when a company goes into insolvency and needs to liquidate its assets. Our objective is to have a platform where only we can post these ads, but we’ll include the contact details of the respective companies or firms handling the insolvency process.

Our questions are:

1. Can ads be added only from the admin side? 2. Can the registration and login button be deactivated so that nobody can register/log in to the site? 3. Can internal messaging and offers be deactivated?
